OYO Hotel Mid Town - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

Very disgusting, hotels staffs alongwith owner were very unprofessional & very rude. I would highly recommend everyone not to book this hotel.

Location is just behind Karolbagh metro station, absolutely in the market and hence unnecessary crowd, Uber avoids entry in front of hotel. Room size is very big, all amenities are there but not maintained properly. Smart TV but for TV starting you need to search switch, AC works fine but no remote and no indication about temperature. Service is really good, both front office and staff are ready to serve orders, they're really good. Only concern is the food price of the hotel is very high and not value for money. However food quality is good. I liked the hotel and shall stay in future

The Bedsheets had stains, the AC was not cooling at all and looked like 1000 years old and on top of that we were given a dirty blanket and no bedsheet in the AC which wasnt working properly. The bathroom wasnt clean and had to be asked to be cleaned upon our checking in. This was after changing one room already whose tap was broken and jet spray wasnt working. Although the manager quickly changed the room, but it wasnt upto the standard at all. Dirty bathroom, and on top of all this, when I woke up in the morning, there was no water to wash face or even wash hands or shower. Everything will have to be asked for.

The hotel had clean and well maintained ac rooms. The location is near to Karol bagh metro. Manager was helpful in getting rail tickets as was rush in both air and rail travel.

After mixed reviews I have stayed in the hotel. It was a very good experience for me. Actually it's a very nice and comfortable stay. Location is superb nothing better than it at Karolbagh. 1 min from metro and main road. Rooms and cleanliness is good. Lacking of maintainance this is only negative or else very good.

Hotel is Excellent. Staff is very Nice. Property is neat & clean. Our stay was so comfortable. Every daily need was nearby Hotel. Chemist, Food, Spa, Saloon, Shopping etc. we r enjoy together. Staff was very lenient.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The room was nice and the washroom was good with all the amenities I needed. They also provided me with a TV, AC, Refrigerator, and a shower! The location was good with easy access to the metro station, which made it convenient. It was an overall pleasant stay.
