OYO Hotel Meredian Orchid Near Birla Mandir - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted by a parade of rats and cockroaches running amok. The service was beyond terrible; it felt like the staff had abandoned ship long ago. To top it off, the owner's behavior during check-out was astonishingly rude -- they seemed to care more about extracting money than addressing the nightmare they called a hotel. And speaking of money, I ended up paying extra during check-out for reasons unknown. This hotel is a true masterpiece in the art of terrible hospitality.

Third class hotel. reception doesn't give you clear information and ask for more money.

Very bad service and rooms also not clean properly and very noise place AC every time switch off I never went this much bad hotel ever

Worst oyo I had experienced till date..The bathroom is very dirty..No TV dish connection, AC hardly works. Only gyesar works..Bedsheets are not all washed and no dustbin provided.Only one small soap provided that too upon request. This is my genuine review of the pathetic experience I had for 1 day stay. I guess if one room is vacated they don't clean due to less manpower.That is the reason the rooms are very dirty. Many times I booked the rooms in oyo because I believe in their standards.For the first time I doubt whether they are following their standards which they were used to maintain earlier. Zero rating.

1. Sheets stained. 2. Blanket extremely dirty. 3. Chairs- like never cleaned before. 4. Panmasala stains all over the room and bathroom. 5. Bathroom not cleaned. 6. AC working. For room no. 213. And we got this after we straight away rejected room no. 211. Funny thing- the 211 room was without keys. When asked about the key, the caretaker casually told me not to worry as CCTV s were installed all over.

Very Poor Communication from OYO Contact Details of the Hotel are not Provided after Booking Even when Contacted through Customer Care, they Could Not Connect My call to the Hotel. It Happened Twice. The Details of Amenities Shown in OYO are Not there in the Hotel. They are not Following COVID Protocols. The Hotel Dirty - No TV, WiFi, A/c - though these Amenities are Shown OYO and according I have taken Decision to Book. I have been Cheated with Falls Promise. Even Hotel is Not Provided Soap & Shampoo. In brief it's a Worst Hotel - Degrades OYO Standards, Status & Image

Rooms in this hotel are dusty, unclean, unhygienic and dirty. Bathrooms are equally unhygienic and badly maintained. Prices are not cheap. Prices depend on bargaining at the reception counter. My experiences with this hotel during my visits have been very bad. Staff are not at all customer friendy. Management should enaure bare minimum clean rooms at least as customer is paying his hard earned money.

It is difficult to find the location through google maps as it is pinned wrong. Located in lakdi ka pool this is an average hotel. No parking & restaurant facility. But there are good restaurants options in this location. There is no phone to call reception, TV is not working. Room is small & nice, staff are courteous. Overall average hotel in this price range.
