I encountered a highly unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. The conduct of the receptionist was unacceptable, he not only attempted to manipulate pricing calculations to impose an inflated charge beyond the online booking, but also disregarded Oyo's policies concerning early check-in and late check-out. Furthermore, I did not receive the accurate refund for the remaining amount.
The worst hotel I have ever come across. After the room is booked at the partner site and payment is done.. still it has been denied for accommodating me and has made me wait for 2hrs to get to know about the rejection... The front office fellow doesn't have any common sense to speak to the customer.... Very bad experience

Worst Experience. I have booked hotel for 1 day stay 24/12/2022 to 25/12/2022 through Make My Trip ,I have already done the payment of 615/- through Phone pay ,but when I reached hotel they denied Check-in and demanding 1000/- extra .My wife and 5 month small baby suffered for 2 hours .I talked to customer support but they also did not get satisfactory response. Better go to branded hotel like Taj Mahal hotel who did not demand extra money.
Worst experience no hot water charges are horrondous
Worst experience ever. Better to stay on a footpath instead of staying in this hotel. We haven't slept even for an hour while being at this hotel since the mattress was full with the bedbugs. Unhygienic washroom.. Worse condition of sanitary items..
