The hotel committed the complimentary breakfast but did not provided the breakfast. Hotel humiliated me in front of my guests regarding this. Room quality was also substandard and very dirty although I do not expect much from 1400 rs hotel but they committed breakfast and did not served was very shameful

My stay with family was from 06.10.22 to 07.10.22.No lift was there.I was helpless with luggage for lifting in third floor.By any means I was able to with giving tips.Outer environment was very very bad.Total nasty enviroment.Light was not proper in room.Ac was not functioning rather it sprinkled water in night on bed.Tv was working.Geyser was not working.Bathroom was so small that nobody can adjust properly.Water taps were were misereable condition.Really faced a bad expereince in there.
