Cons: This is not a hotel, it's a dormitory, a small one. 1. Room was stinking. 2. They changed the bedsheet and pillow cover when We asked them thrice after going into room. 3. Health faucet(hand shower) was broken. 4. Shower was broken. (They said it is what it is.) 5. It said the breakfast is available. When I went asking for breakfast, they said, either poha, or paratha will be available. (Only one) That too was inedible. 6. Power went off for 8 hours(1 day). And they don't have power backup. So better you carry an inverter. 7. AC is of no use, even if it working. Because they are far worse then my home cooler. This is all about the room. Below are the great services: 1. They asked for paying for breakfast when it was included in the rental. 2. Room cleaning was not done prior to our arrival. 3. We have to stay in a very small room for couple of hours because the room we booked was not available. 4. Geyser was not there. At the end, it is situated at the end of the world. 8km from railway station and 20km from airport. Pros: Because the AC was not working there was a wall mounted fan. It is not what it looks in the photos.
This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am denied check in for booking through oyo at lower price. The hotel staff are very unprofessional & rude, doesn't even know how to talk to customers. And I am very thankful to oyo for shifting me to another hotel without any delay at same price. They say a lot of bad things about oyo but still i don't understand why oyo doesn't blacklist this hotel or entirely delist it from their site. I wish oyo will do something about it.

Really pathetic hotel. Poor and shabby rooms. Infested with rats and cockroaches. No food service. Disregards earlier reservations made via travel websites.
Room are nice, service is also good, but they can do lot better.......
The staff was good but the location is slightly wierd if you are travelling with family.
Rooms are great, but frm outside it wont look that good. And its just near the bus shuttle service.

This was the worst service i have received. The rooms were small and not worth pay. water service was not good And when we needed water they said its just for some time. And they have such invalid reason. They'll arrange what you want after some time
If you are searching rooms at a Rs 500 budget, this is the right place. It is a small guest house in the second floor, but only disadvantage is it is far from city inside Kathwara GIDC Ahmedabad.
