While the rooms are alright, the hotel lacks on other departments, such as hot water in the bathroom which you only get when the sun's out, thus making it impossible to take a hot shower on a rainy day. As for room service, you can only order food when the cook's in, for other times, you have to go out to look for food. Although, the staff is good.
We had a confirmed receipt from OYO.when we reached receptionist, he did not look at it. He arrogantly said that he has not received any information from OYO. After our repeated requests, he did not change his attitude.. As we could not stay there, after harrasment, we can't offer any star and left with no option of not recommend
