Very Ill mannered staff. I was staying alone here for a few days, but the manager did entry of a femalewhom i did not even know in their register with my name. When confronted the manager threatened to beat me up and abused me a lot. And when I warned them of a police complaint, the manager said police meri jeb mein rehti hai. Jaa bula le police ko. I will never stay in this hotel ever. And I would suggest everyone to not stay here
Everything is dirty, No cleaning. No provide anything like a towel, soap etc. Don't go there ever.
worst experience faced today at this hotel..... they charged me extra money bcoz receptionist said that there is no offer and oyo app has been hacked and oyo's excutive are working on their app. they charged me parking fee which was free amenties. no tv remote available. no ac remote available. unhygiene washroom.... flush were not working. overall i felt that i wasted my money
Very pathetic experience very very poor service in OYO. Stop using OYO booking application or direct call to customer care they are making fool to you. They ask for pay minimum amount for booking afterwards they are not responding ur calls. Also when we visited the hotel mayur palace in Delhi they are saying we have not getting any confirmation form OYO representative. And we have cancelled the agreement with OYO. Plz guys do not trust OYO hotels they are simply making fool to you. Not eligible for 1/2Star.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD, THEY CHARGE HIGHER WHAT THEY COMMITTED WHILE MAKING THE BOOKING. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AT THE RECEPTION. WHILE ENETERING THE RECEPTION, THEY CHARGED DOUBLE DURING THE CHECKIN TIME. EVEN WHEN CONTACTED ON TOLL FREE NUMBER NO RESPONSE WAS THERE.
