OYO Hotel Mall Residency - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

Hotel management asked for extra money over and above showed in the oyo app...1000 instead of 700. AC was also not functioning.

Rooms are average, service is great. The only issue i faced was they denied to give room at the price i booked on OYO...after requesting they did eventually give room but also charged a bit extra.. I don't completely blame them. It is also the fault of oyo for promising rooms at price lower than the operating cost.

Oye and hotel staff both are very bed ... They both are chetting with customers. Don't use OYO and this hotel both. Hotel staff and owner both are demanding for the extra money. And oye staff is also support for the same. Avoid this both Oyo and hotel if you don't want feel cheated. And hotel condition is also very bed.

It was a very bad experience, reached the hotel at 12 o'clock in the night with the family and he refused to give the room, after much argument he provided the room with extra charge and without any facilities. Without AC and without water. And i have the videos and i am going to consumer court against oyo.

Please confirm the type of room allotted to you by the hotel before checking in. I would advise you to visit the hotel and see the rooms and then make the booking. I was allotted a downgraded room in the beginning. please also confirm the AC policy of the hotel as they might not run the AC during the day as it works on SOLAR POWER and store it for the night time running of the AC. This is understandable because the hotel has very less cost per night. I had booked the hotel for the stay only without any breakfast coz my breakfast and other meals were at the conference being held at another hotel. Overall the stay was good

worst experience I have ever had in my travel life, I am in a city for a month but I had to change my hotel in a weeks time. these are the following points: 1. hotel is very unhygienic and untidy, I was staying for a week and these guys did not clean my room for once, in spite of regular reminder. ( pic attached) 2. front desk staff is totally in illmannered, and dont know anything about the hotel. 3. you get much better rooms in the same price. totally waste of money. 4. there was no assistance for parking car.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Hotel Mall Residency. Neat and clean room, comfortable for couple with single pack luggage.Food/Breakfast was delicious the typical Punjabi Taste was wonderful to taste.They have also arranged a taxi for local visit at a reasonable cost. Budget hotel with smaller room... Good location and owner is very friendly... No parking availability, even for 2 wheeler... AC and Geyser is controlled from reception. AC is functional only at night but in day time it's OFF from reception when it's needed mostly... Similarly Geyser is available upto 8.00 - 8.30 in 5he morning
