OYO Hotel Mahadev Residency - Hotel in Mumbai, Bhiwandi - Thane, India

I will rate 1 star for this hotel. It is not associated with any online booking app. They don't allow online booking with oyo. Prices shown online is not correct. You will be charged more. Also receptionist and other people are very rude. There behaviour is very bad. Location is also not correct according to google location. I will suggest it is not good for family and couples atleast because here you will feel unsafe. As this location is surrounded by the trucks and labour class area.

#)Hotel Mahadev is one of the best hotels in bhiwandi and there is no other choice either. #) It's in highway. #) From the outside the hotel does not look ergonomic but the rooms are really good. #) Reception staff are really good and ready to serve the customer. #)Rooms are spacious,Neat and clean. #)The food from the restaurant is delicious but costly. #) Housekeeping team is doing a good job. #)Room service was bad. #)Bar and restaurant staff are not professional. #)It's not very family friendly but for emergencies one can stay and there are no other issues. #)

Food is very good. Must visit if you travel from Mumbai to Nashik. 5 star from me.

They show Misleading pictures in booking apps and the property is located in a remote area and have long distance from city

They are fraud, don't get cheated by them when booking through OYO.

No matter what emergency in you are, never ever select this hotel for booking as they will not accept whatever amount you have booked via app (online) and they will ask you to pay extra amount. If you will not agree to pay extra , they will ask you to call on customer care number and manage this things by your own. This is not our job , they have tie up with different entities and they should resolve those things. As per me, This is just third class marketing strategies they are using thinking that they are smart enough to attract people and ask them to pay extra money. Don't try to fool people. Again I will say never ever book this hotel. I wish I can add rating for them below 1.

I think Oyo is scam with me becouse I have book the and payment to total amount but when we have entered in the hotel we have paid addition money I call to customer care customer care is note resolved the problem , so please we ware with Oyo it's like froud

It's on the highway. Rooms are clean. Just the place is not very family friendly but for emergencies one can stay here it's Hassel free. The room size is good. The food from restaurant is amazing. Around bhiwandi on highway this is your only best option.
