OYO Hotel Madhuram - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

When arriving at hotel, first thing they(hotel management) are more interested in knowing the booking amount through Oyo, after listening the amount they said we do not accept Oyo booking. You can cancel Oyo booking and do offline booking or you have to pay an additional amount(of Oyo booking) preferably in cash. If you are ok with it then we would give you room otherwise cannot provide you room. I arrived there at night, location is outer, public transport are not so good, so I prefer to pay an additional amount in addition of Oyo booking amount. Aprat from this hotel was well maintained room was also good but difficult to sleep whole night due to mosquitoes buzzing sound around ear and face.

One of the worst Hotel. I booked AC room by oyo. When I reached hotel to check in Hotel manager told I have to pay Rs. 500 extra per night for AC. Manager behavior was so rude. I paid 500 because it was too late. Room was not clean. Bathroom no hot water, when I ask about hot water he response very rudely and said that who's using hot water in summer for bath and he said geyser is not working. Even he disconnect AC in early morning and said I provide AC only in night. After paying extra amount for AC. What ever picture he uploaded it is fake. If you guys want to loose your peace, money and want to put yourself into trouble this is best place. Be aware of this Hotel it is not good for anyone.

Hotel was good in building, facilities. Staff behaviour was also good. Piecefully environment. Food was tasty and fresh but price were high. Because of inner location the transpotation was not available easily and at night it was not available like cab or other. Overall mixed experience.

lucky to have booked this hotel. very nice cooperation by the staff| good food arrangement| fairly good room. though away from airport by 5 km| worth for new comers like me to try this. overall, good stay.

We were not provided accomodation for extra hours from 12pm to 4pm as promised by the OYO costumer care executive, as a result we had to spend those 4 hours outdoors after checking out from the room at 12pm. Hotel service was poor since we had to ask for everything from mosquito repellent machine to drinking water, from the reception which should have been provided by them without us asking. The room and the toilet were clean. Television only aired free to air channels. Overall the stay in the room was okayish.

The hotel owner or manager was not allowing us room, since he was not satisfied with OYO discount. So he asked for additional fees, which we had no option at night, but to pay. AC, TV, service - nothing worked

very bad the owner of hotel was very rude. and he will charge extra of ac room. but. i am already book a ac room. but he didn't accept it. nd. take extra charges for ac its very bad no one come to that hotel stay at road its better than stay at hotel madhuram very poor. 0 out of 100 rating
