This is not a review based on staying in the hotel but a review based on how they helped me during an emergency. I had to urgently use the restroom and they helped me immediately without any issues. They were very kind in their approach as well. It was around midnight and when i needed the help. Thank you for that.

The service was good and the staff was very good On day shift Sanjay g & night shift Ravinder very polite and helpful. The room was clean. Online and offline payment accepted. Vegitarian restaurant attached.

clean rooms, nice location. they are super greedy though. average. the staff, or at least the guy at the front desk needs to be nicer and more welcoming if he ever wants guests to return. if you're trying to pay 2k a night, then you can get better places honestly.

They are really kind hearted related to other hotel near by . They really treat customers well and understand their comfort and really staff use to behave well .

Had booked the hotel directly by contacting owner on whatsapp and paid a day's amount well in advance as I was bound to reach Jaipur later in the month, I took the flight from Bangalore to Jaipur and reached the hotel, it's here that the experience turns bad despite me paying the advance, the owner forgot that I had paid him despite informing him about my visit before leaving Bangalore and the boys at the hotel were not even informed about me booking a room I had to sit in the hotel reception from 3.30am till 6.45 am to get a room for which advance booking was already done as the owner forgot about me paying the amount which I find very unprofessional and not business centric. I visited Jaipur during December which is actually tourist season, room was given but it not well maintained as the phone and tubelight were not working. I told staff to get these fixed which they did later, however food in hotel is bad and exorbitantly priced. You get better food at roadside shops than here. For my experience the hotel does not deserve any stars at all, I'm giving 1 star (yes, I'm being liberal) only for the boy who fixed the phone, they never fixed the tubelight, fortunately used a night lamp which was present in the room and another star for the owner's apology on his error missing my booking out. I adjusted as I'm a bachelor and patiently sat on the sofa in the reception for 3 hours early in the morning, let's suppose a family visits the hotel and there are aged people does it make sense for them to wait? Better options available in Jaipur guys and gals and also I would request avoid Jaipur during season, hotels are always jam packed with 3 or 4 checkouts in a day in most hotels.

Hotel is located near railway station and this is the one point which makes me give it 1 star rating otherwise I would not prefer to give it any star because this hotel doesn't deserve any star. I have stayed this place for 2 nights and have very bad experience. I had done my booking through Goibibo and have requested them to remove their 3 star rating for this hotel which lured me into this hotel. Here are the pros of this hotel: 1. 200m from Jaipur Railway Station. 2. 50m from Railway Station Metro 3. Helpful room service. Here are the cons of this hotel: 1. Washroom is crampy. 2. Bucket and mugs are dirty. 3. Water flows continuously from cistren. 4. Dirt on walls and dustbin caps. 5. Linen not clean. Dirty maroon coloured pillows. 6. Oil marks on bed sheets. 7. Only 1 towel provided. 8. No shampoos and conditioners provided like they are in other 1 or 2 or 3 star hotels. 9. Sky TV connection was deactivated. 10. No reading lamps, chairs, night lamps, safes in closet etc. in room. 11. No curtain on window. 12. No Wi-Fi in rooms above 2nd floor. This hotel is rated at 3 star hotel but this hotel doesn't deserve three star in fact it should be a no star hotel. You have to ask for every facility then they provide only some. They put curtains, bulb in washroom and activated TV on request only. Outside surroundings are dirty. I would not recommend this as a star hotel. I would caution that train traffic at night disturbs sleep.

This hotel is very bad service absolutely useless. Bedsheets etc. are also completely useless. Overall, everything is for this hotel.I think staying in this hotel is a complete waste of money. so it is better not to go to this hotel

My 1st ever stay in JAIPUR and was very delighted By the Standard of Service and more importantly The Nature of Staff and manager ( Sanjay Bhai ) He is a Gentleman 8 months ago been there still I remember his name. Pleasant stay ! Good service. Caring staffs. Restaurant, Laundry service. Thumbs Up
