OYO Hotel Lotus Park Near Bestech Central Square Mall - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

The hotel rooms are okay sort of. The main door doesn't seem promising! But I stayed there with my daughter for couple of days and found it safe. I was skeptical initally but then after Day 1 of stay was comfortable. They do provide meals and room service. Hygiene is not up-to the mark. I went during the hot summer of June and AC was working fine. Only problem was it kept tripping at times which resumed soon. I hope the guys do something about the tripping issue, prompt response to reception calls at night in case of emergency. Otherwise very reasonable place to stay. Bikanerwala is nearby and some ATMs too. This location seemed bit quite and off-beat for night time. Day time is okay.

Pathetic experience 1. TV not working 2. No phone on the room 3. Fan regulator not working 4. Flies in the room 5. Single bed blanket provided on double bed 6. Shabby bed linens 7. Toilets not working properly 8. Dirty gallery area outside the room 9. No room service 10. Fake photos on OYO I recommend everyone to stay clear of this place. The staff is also not courteous, had to go to them twice to just come down and check the TV.

I have to say this hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff, the service, the food. Everything impeccable. You truly get what you're paying for. Made my trip comfortable and I would 100% book again. I've never been treated with such respect and been worried about if I was comfortable.

I really liked the place. Very peaceful location and the surrounding area, away from the crowded streets of Gurgaon. Rooms are bigger than most of the other hotels of OYO. Rest, I did not dine at the room because the food was costly at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It's in a great location and the staff is professional. Our room was beautifully furnished. Defiantly will recommend this place to family, friends and business colleagues.

I think along with the prices, OYO should also be working in their services. These places do not offer a decent staff, bare minimum services like ice cubes, and moreover, if you demand for multiple things, the hotel staff may even be rude to you and start abusing. Not recommend.

Nice hotel. Awesome and professional staff. Rooms are nice and clean with really comfortable beds and free Wifi facility. It was really a pleasant stay for me. Will definitely Come here again.

Excellent service with clean rooms. We had a comfortable stay and the food was amazing. Overall experience was very good. Would definitely visit again.
