OYO Hotel Loknath Inn Near Munshi Pulia Metro Station - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Very poor service and room is not clear and clean staff are unresponsive.... Too bad experience. AC and fan not working properly and light problem over night.

The people were very helpful and friendly. There is a lot to do for family members of all ages. The room was comfortable. We had a power outage early in the morning and while it put a damper on things, the hotel handled everything extremely proficiently. We are impressed and would definitely recommend this property.

Room was too good, cleanliness of room was also too good and bathroom is also soo clean. And the area of hotel is too big because it not a hotel alone it's a marriage hall cum guest house cum hotel cum restaurant. Staff was good behaviour of staff is soo elegant and you can shop anything because market is just a step away from this hotel. The only problem i found in this hotel is some of faucet in bathroom is in a bad condition and else this everything was fine and good.

Thank you very much for your assistance and help in planning and providing focal points for our reunion. We found the Loknath Guest House an excellent place for meeting with relatives, relaxing at the fire pit and the ice cream bar was great. Our dining room was excellent, the catering service was extra special and the family enjoyed the ice cream bar. Some minor kinks with registration and felt that the front desk service was out of sink with the total process. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping was thorough. Great spot for a family reunion

there are various things for which i am giving it 1 star rating. firstly , No professionalism, the receptionist was not available, he came after waiting for some time. secondly , dirty property , no cleanliness , no towel , no soap available , no water bottle was provided . he was sleeping when we asked for water and after we tried to call him for 30 min , he didn't come, defective ac . i highly recommend not to go in the hotel. Worst hotel, I don't know how much money did these hoteliers pay to those who gave good reviews? This hotel not for family its very worst, Only boys and girls take room at this hotel for a few hours for enjoyment .. Worst hotel ever.. Room are dirty, washroomis dirty no cleaning no water ...

The outdoor area was nice and the Ice Creamery and pizza inside the hotel was great too. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. I also liked that they had complimentary coffee, tea, water and cookies out all the time.

It's not a hotel first of all, it's a C or D class marriage palace and having rooms. You won't get a feel of hotel but a paid dharamshala. I asked them bill but they didn't provide although they'll ask you to pay money in advance not to hotel paytm but personal paytm. Oyo will show your booking with breakfast included but that's not the case. Even if you book through OYO, they'll check you in as personal booking. If you are on a business trip plz don't choose this place.
