We booked this hotel for two days at a very reasonable price and booked through Oyo for just 731 rupees for 48 hours other additional payment is added by Oyo to the hotel we just paid only 731 rupees to the hotel. We were shifted from hotel heritage, and they gave us a room on the first call and welcome us with good behavior. 1.) The location is good near the food market and ATM. 2.) The service was very good the hotel provided us with everything. 3.) Room was clean, Geyser was working as well as they provide us blanket and TV is also working but a little problem with the TV please repair that and please bring new bed sheets otherwise everything thing is good. 4.) We were happy to stay in the hotel and their staff behavior was very good.
The support staff were very attentive, clean rooms manager deal very politely hotel found very easy safe parking food is good for your health .. neat and clear room bathroom also clear must visit here and enjoy your stay with your family
The hotel is very neat and clean. The room, the bathroom and linen is very neat and clean. The hotel is very near to the market snd the railway station. The staff is very cooperative. The food is good. The hotel provides free wifi. I recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues
Avoid avoid avoid that's all what my experience for this property. And be aware if booking online. You won't be able to check inn as there rates won't match the rates you book. My booking was denied saying that the rates you book doesn't match our rates. Service cleanness bedding all zero. But one best thing was that manager was good.
Not good for Family travellers. Dirty rooms. Seems that they do not clean rooms on daily basis. Dirty Linen. Poor Service. They don't Provide even a Water Bottle on check in. You have to pay for it and that too after so many follow up. Very Poor Service. All over the room and bathroom seepage is there. Smelly room with plenty of mosquitos complementary. Rooms are not clean at all. it seems didn't clean it on daily basis. Because dust can be seen everywhere in the room easily while checking in to the room.
Rooms are not cleaned, linen & pillow covers were dirty and teared. They changed the pillow after request. There was no cushion on mattress it springs were hearting when you sleep on it, I complaint regarding it but they did not change. It doesn't have lift so if you get the room on second or third or forth floor then you get the experience of claiming Himalaya. The only good thing is, it is near to Railway Station & breakfast was good.
Services are ok but rooms are very bad from the point of view of cleanliness its not up to the mark actually ...we had a very bad experience here....
Room was not clean, they also put escort services, asked to pay me 250 extra i was tired so i gave him, at night they asked me for girls in Rs 2500, it was so embarrassing moment for staying in that hotel.
