Though the hotel is not so luxurious but the location ,service and food is more than five star. I can't forget their behaviour , it is so homely still I can't forget. Food are also cheap and tasty

Horrible Senior Manager, he is not ready to accept limitations of service, where as guest is paying at per market price. Even he is not ready to pay attention for guest feedback. Could I give them negative marking. Very very unexpected hotel in Malda. Rates are ok but very bad food quality and huge rate on their menu card. Room was very shocking for me. You can easily found so much tiny mouse and cockroaches over their. We wasted our money for this hotel. I complained to their Manager and OYO executive head but till now couldn't get any response. I never want to visit the hotel and never want to book room through Oyo in Malda...
Very lousy staff and poor planning of the rooms. Property is very poorly maintained with least attention to the details. As far as goofing is concerned only set menu is available. In the breakfast only option is veg Maggi. Staff is very impolite and the charges are quiet high as per the condition if the rooms. Should avoid staying at the property.
Good but OYO has a trick they are collaborating with all good hotels near by in the town area and making travellers fool by increasing rate of all the hotels. The travellers are left with no option than to opt for any one of them at a higher price than average room tariff. A gimmick of baseless rate of an amount which is no where near to the standard rate applicable to the rooms and a mockery of discount 20-30% is shown which is actually an eye wash to the traveller and making them fool. The rates after discount is the actual rate of the room. So basically they are sailing rooms at no discount and some times even at 20% higher than actual price. They are not giving budget rates at all. Soon a consumer case file against this fraud rate policy should undergo.
Their food and services are very good...during Puja they managed very well.service stuffs are very humble...and most of all sanjukta kundu mam solves every problem u face in a very politeway..so everybody should visit atleast once.. Note: Their mut
