The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the food was stale and smelly. The doors and windows were broken. The bed, pillow and towel etc. were all very dirty. The TV was out of order, the AC had failed. Had the worst experience of my entire life in this hotel. If there is any chance of minus rating then it will be minus 100 rating from my side.

I don't recommend this hotel. Please look for the other best one. Because 1. Staff is not helpful 2. The room keeps dirty 3. Foods are not available as per food charts . 4. With OYO, you will be disappointed 5. OYO never responds 6. OYO staff only catch your money, no services guaranteed. Stay careful with this hotel. However, based on my experience, this is valid. You can get Your desire satisfy.

The worst stay I experienced in my entire life. I have visited here on Feb 2023 for a business trip. After one day stay we changed the hotel nearby. Cons: **No proper service (even water supply) **Receptionist was rude. **Rooms are very bad with smelly bed sheets and pillows. **Washrooms are worst, not cleaned/maintained **Rooms common area is a big minus, they are dumping the trash in the middle of walk way. **The photos showing here and in OYO app are totally fake. Pros: **Changing the hotel immediately.

The room appeared to be quite old in its construction, and the overall ambiance left much to be desired. The state of the washroom was particularly distressing. Not only was it dirty, but the toilet flush was also non-functional, which caused a significant inconvenience during my stay. The lack of cleanliness extended to the towels and bedsheet, which were far from fresh and clean as one would expect. The damaged room walls added to the overall unpleasantness of the environment. Furthermore, the construction and decor of the hotel seemed stuck in a bygone era, reminiscent of the 90s. This outdated aesthetic did not contribute to a comfortable or appealing stay. To make matters worse, the charges for the room were exorbitant considering the dismal conditions and lack of basic amenities. The unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions at Hotel Landmark Inn were a major letdown, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. My experience here has made me seriously question the reliability and quality of both the hotel and the Oyo platform. I strongly advise potential travelers to steer clear of this establishment and consider other options for a more pleasant and satisfactory stay.

Unaccommodating ppl at reception... Rooms & location are good Overall everything except room is subpar It wasn't just me either i saw others complaining at reception too while i was kept at reception 'cause i wanted early check-in early check-out until 12pm from 7am

Room is not clean , budget hotel ,in crowded market of karol bagh 10 mins walk to metro ,cleaniness is something to work on , Manager is very nice

Bad experience non professional attitude. OYO charged me for the room which I didn't use. They are not refunding it as well and the customer care support is also as bad as the OYO site. I will request all those who have experienced this, lodge a complain at consumer grievance redressal forum.
