OYO Hotel Lake Bloom Residency 2 Near Airport Road Metro Station - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Nice room (for a budget of ~1K), clean and well maintained. Staff: gracious, helpful. However, the water pressure in the basin tap was too low and there was no intercom in my room (they did give me somebody's mobile number for errands but that person wasn't available for most of the work). I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay in a somewhat tight budget n not really looking for fancy hotels. The entrance of the hotel is somewhat remote and one needs to walk for around 250m inside an alley to spot the oyo sign.

Stayed here for a week. Booked through oyo and got the room for a reasonable price. Clean and neat room. Good room service. All other facilities like AC, TV, water heater and WiFi works great. Neat bathroom with good water pressure. Staffs are well behaved. There is a restaurant inside this hotel, which serves good food. Had a great stay.

I visited this hotel to visit a friend who was in town for a weekend trip. The hotel is located inside a lane opposite the main entrance of Larsen and Tubro. The typical red signboard of OYO will catch your attention. However, the compound might seem like an ordinary housing society. The front desk staff were courteous but not overtly friendly (something that I like). The ground floor also houses a dining area. A flight of stairs leads to the rooms upstairs (I went to the second floor, and I don't remember seeing a lift here). Inspite of being a budget hotel, the narrow twisted corridors were exceptionally clean. The room (a double bed room that I went to) was pretty compact with hardly any space to move about. Beside the bed which was well made with clean linen, the room had an AC, a small cupboard, a table and a French window. The window opened into a small strip of flooring which could be used as a balcony. One can dry clothes in there as it had overhead cloth line. The attached bathroom was relatively spacious and equipped with a western style toilet, bidet shower, shower head, tap and little basin with mirror. Anyone who is aware of Mumbai, will know that space is of great essence here. The room and bathroom were clean. The maintenance of thus place met my expectations. However, the only downside is that the room didn't have an intercom. For any need one has to make s trip to the front desk or call them up using one's own phone. I am not sure if wifi support was available. Overall, it is a nice place to stay in.

Crowded and messy location seems not good for family

It is a quite and cosy hotel just on the opposite side of the road of L&T gate 6 and Sanofi, a little inside the lane. It has decent, clean rooms, though small just like everything in Mumbai, but the arrangement is utilitarian and has most things, except an intercom phone to call the reception. The toilet was clean and had toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner. The surrounding area is a office hub, and has lots of places to eat nearby in Powai, Sakinaka and Marol. It is also well connected, pretty close to the airport, about 15-30 mins to international T2, and 25-45 mins to domestic T1 based on traffic.

Okay.. if you just wanna spend a night in a small budget of around 1k. But seriously they should do for the dampness of the room, a/c alone isn't the solution.The sliding door of bathrooms needs handle.
