The owner of this hotel only wants to extract money. I went to the hotel with my gf through a booking via Oyo and booked it for two days. My partner is from Calcutta and we both were heading towards north bengal so we had to halt and we wanted to explore malda for one day. After staying there for one night the next morning we were told that they do not allow unmarried couples, most importantly they were rushing to kick us out even when they took the money for two days. My question is why did they list their hotel as a couple friendly one? Also why did they take the entire amount from us when they were not even sure about our marital status? The owner, manager and staffs are extremely rude. Only illiterate people with zero self respect can stay in such a hotel. Pathetic condition!

Never book this hotel... we had our booking done online..the person at the reception simply asked for a marriage proof as we were not prepared we were just not carrying it..he insisted us to book offline at a higher price..We are married couples and we were offended when he did not even accept us as couples and said that the booking was sold out .Although he called us in the morning to confirm our booking.
Most third class OYO property in Malda...... Bad behaviour and dirty rooms.... Bathroom are too bad and the bathroom is small all in ur room. Ooaakkk... I booked through OYO at Rs 1630 for two rooms but they take Rs 1300 for each room.
Giving 1 star is being extreme generous for the horrible experience you are going to have in this hotel if you ever decide to stay. Worst manager ever witnessed, he said that they don't accept prepaid payments, when we had paid the entire amount in advance. AC was not working, linen was covered in tobacco stains. You would gladly use a long route sleeper class train's clogged toilet over the amazing toilet you are going get in this hotel. The manager asked us about dinner but based on the experience we were having, we couldn't muster the courage to put something from that place in our mouth. If you wish to have the worst experience in your life you should most definitely book this hotel, you won't regret it.
The hotel room i booked in Rs But the hotel in charge staff charged me extra Rs 500/- for same room and said didnt accept booking Staff assured me they have car parking facility by call but in reality had to park car side of main road without security. Staff behaviour also slightly rude policy to not refund money after booking cancel so i was bound to give extra money, as i was tired of long car journey Even after giving Rs total l, the hotel service is also very pathetic. Gave dirty bedsheets and blankets. Towel also having holes in it. Room was also not cleaned. Bathroom geyser also didnt heat the water in time. Gave unsealed water bottle too. Never book this hotel. Will never recommend to anyone.
One of the worst hotel accommodation I ever booked. Never booking again through OYO rooms. This hotel is shady and horrible, not at all safe for family. As soon as I saw the room, immediately came out of it. Dirtiest rooms and corridor. Whole place stinked of biris and drinks. The staff gave weird looks and everything looks very shady, not at all safe for family. I asked OYO to cancel the booking, but they refused to return the money already paid. If you are visiting with family, strongly recommend not to book through OYO rooms.
