Worst hotel in my life which I visited. It visited on 14.08.22 it was pre-paid booking. We checked in at 10:00PM 1. AC not cooling, they not agree for room change Or refund. 2. They have no extra Pillow and bed sheet. 3. Ants in the room. 4. Bathroom water is leaking in to room. 5. One customer is complaining for poor service they replied we are not requesting to customers for come here customer come here it self. It is not suitable for family stay.
Not recommended at all. The room was disgusting: dirty walls, stained sheets, dirty bathroom... The staff didn't speak English, so it's not recommended for foreigners. And the worst part is that they don't have WiFi, and I need it because I work online. This is the first hotel I find where they don't have internet access! Positive things: they offered me a chai in the morning, they provide filtered water.
Worst hotel to stay, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They don't even provide water and rooms were not clean. There were no service available so we needed to search for basic stuff.
Neat and clean room.. service was good staff behaviour was also good... Also they have an open space so you can have a walk at night...

Hotel is not good enough and mainly I think it is an wedding venue. Rooms are not maintained properly and in summer there is no ventilation and ac is not working properly walls are very creepy and to dirty(but they can be cleaned that's not a problem but I am telling how they are maintaining the hotel). And at last I have seen this hotel in the wedding venue.
although they mentioned tv in their amenities, but there was no tv, even they didnt provide a mosquito liquid also. wen we asked for that they said they will not provide the oil, that we need to purchase. waste our money to booked this hotel. never refer to anyone
location of the hotel is okay, parking available but no roof for vehicle, behaviour of staff is not familiar and nobody is there to help you or listen you also there is no phone line in room to call reception. room door was broken lock was not working, key was available but it was not safe to feel to leave the room. bed was okay but mattress was not cleaned. blanket was very dusty even dust was coming out. tv was not available in room. door bell was not working. celling lights were not working. face towel was not provided. shampoo was not provided. towel was very old and it was ripped off many places. tap was giving only hot water even the geyser was off. tap was very old even you will not like to touch them. nothing to eat even a cup of tea not available. my breakfast was included in booking but not provided by hotel. staff will not listen you even you ask them many times for any thing. very unsafe and horrible place. overall if you want to pay a hotel price for a 3rd class guest house then you can book it else don't waste your valuable money for this fraud hotel. everything is wrong it this hotel.

Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it. Cheers. Enjoy. Love to come back again.

It's the best hotel in the area. All the places like Krishna Janamsthan, Dwarkadhish Temple and Vishram Ghat are nearby and can be reached easily from here. The staff and the service is also good. Recommended for a stay in Mathura.
