OYO Hotel Konica Dx Near Jama Masjid - Hotel in Delhi, New Delhi - Central, India

It's a good hotel, if you have short budget. The ambience around is vibrant. I booked it through OYO. Overall service and behaviour of the staffs are good. Room and the linen provided were clean. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with geyser. But it was pretty small in size, so obese people may find it difficult to use. One thing that I must appreciate is their food service. It was very good. Though I enjoyed only the OYO promised complementary breakfast, the food presentation, quality, quantity, taste and delivery timing was superb.

Booked room using oyo. But they refused to accept the booking , telling us that they wont accept Oyo booking. They told us to cancel oyo and book offline. These people cannot be trusted. They should be removed from every other branding

Pathetic hotel! The staff were very ill-mannered, they'll call you at any time, knock any time on your door without any sense. Also, the rooms were average at best. The floor tiles were broken from a lot place and used to sound while walking on them. The bathrooms were pathetic. Wires are hanging from any damn place inside the bathroom, the toilet seat cover doesn't fit the toilet, There are no mirrors in the toilet! the hotel was really really bad.

Fraud hotel. Unhygienic, staff eyeing your belongings and reception never ready to give bills. Avoid this hotel unless there's no other option.

Not so good the ambience was not heart warming and the rooms were smelly with an uncanny water odor which was not bearable. Yet the staff was polite but I had to checkout early because was not able to bear the rusty smell. The space for car parking is not available and parking nearby is risky which again was a difficult choice to consider as it took me so long to get back to the hotel after parking the vehicle in a private parking space. In all it become too costly for a cheap hotel.. it is not at all a deluxe edition but rather a simple one . Like it is said in Hindi "uchchi dukaan feekha pakwaan" nonetheless was the condition here. It is only an option when you don't have any other left or consider it the last one but still overpriced as compared to other fellow hotels nearby, I won't consider it again in any of my future stay and adjoining restaurants have tasteless food, uncooked meal was definitely served to me for which they were not even apologetic because they don't consider hospitality in the hospitality industry hence subjective to the customer point of view I wouldn't consider suggesting rather requesting not to waste their hard-earned money for such an unpleasant experience

People at reception are good. Otherwise staffs are not that cooperative. Ek paint is not good. Washroom will be very small and dirty. Poor ventilation. Location is however good. Must book only ac rooms.

I can't explain you can imagine it from my ratings the only disadvantage is the toilet size is small and their television have only one channel i.e sony tv but it's doesn't matter the management is good and rooms are clean
