OYO Hotel Kanha Palace - Hotel in Vrindavan, Dhorera Khadar - Mathura, India

Staff is not at all Cooperative, TV not working while they charge us more than the reasonable price WiFi not working ,poor water facility, rude behaviour of staff. Don't take room if you want to feel like staying in hotel.

Staff is not at all Cooperative, rooms were so dirty, lizards all over the room and in halls, so many mosquitoes and when I asked for mortein coils they said we will arrange in 1-2 hours, when I followed up again after 2 hours again, then they said it's too late now. Washrooms were so smelly and unhygienic. Overall pathetic experience.

Completely rusted taps and fittings. Staffs not so polite. Demand for additional money. Forcing for cash payments. Huge water shortage.

Staaf was not cooperative at all, rooms were dirty and we had to ask them to change bedsheet and pillow covers. Frequent power cuts and washroom was so dirty and there waz pipe lickage. Not worth money as we had to pay 2000 foro ne room. Room space is good but of no use for 2 people. Food quality is worse. Maggie kaun bekar bnata hai yar.

One of the worst hotel experience here. The room size is big. When I checked in, it was stinking. The balcony was not cleaned from months. It took more than 2 hours to completely clean the room and toilet. The approach road to this hotel is also dirty. Better to search for some Dharmashala than staying in this ugly hotel.

The hotel has posted deceptive photos online. When i visited the place i found it quite decent but when saw the rooms, they were very different from the online pictures.walls were in pretty bad condition, paint coming off the wall. Washrooms too were not in a good condition, with pipes leaking! Overall just a below average stay.

Such a pathetic hotel. They don't even update the customers regarding covid report. Their staff was so rude. Also they didn't refund our amount as well.
