It was kinda good! People are not updated and not having enough information. Their computer was slower then the staff but we somehow managed! Will recommend the hotel but the hotel needs to get updated too. People are really slow and don't understand the need of a hotel for a customer. Good luck guys!!!
i was charged above 1000 for the room and 300 extra was charged for checking in early. they didn't have any breakfast included| neither was any other meal included. the ac started working only when i called the hotel staff. they even switched off the geyser. they provided one towel and 2 soaps and only once asked did they provide 2 towel| which weren't even clean. it was overall a below average experience.
Check in experience was not good as person available at reception asked us to pay 500 extra. We had already paid the amount online. In frustration he abused oyo for confirming hotel at low price. Rooms were also not that clean. Other than that a nice location to stay at low price

This time my experience is worst than the last time. I booked kalindi hotel for 2 guests from OYO on 8th Feb and then we went for check-in but that useless fellow have denied for check-in because I posted bad review last time which was showing the true picture of Kalindi that what happened with us last time. The person on reception was very rude and using unacceptable language .He was telling he has removed pants of many customers and nobody can do anything. He was shouting like anything and was threatening us.
Who will come to such a hotel where customers are getting insulted like this. I have not argued so much, I just asked his name (but not got answer) for further action through proper channel, because I am not a fellow who is 1st class fail like him and don't have sense that how to talk with customers.
We are also working professionals who spends money so that we can get good facilities.
This review can pinch owner but this is the reality that what's going on in your hotel. Owner should kick him out from the hotel or give him some job like mopping, toilet cleaning, floor cleaning etc. The person on reception should have some sense of talking and behaving with customers.
Now the hotel owner and OYO should take strict action for this incident so that such things should not happen in future, otherwise customers will keep on getting humiliated and kalindi and OYO will loose it's customers and reputation of OYO rooms will degrade day by day.

A wonderful place to stay. It is located in a very peaceful area. The staff was very well mannered and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was very tasty and good value for money.
Worst experience ever.. very bad condition of room and washroom. Very unprofessional and rude staff, especially the manager, he didn't knew how to attend the customers and the service was pathetic. Very unhygienic rooms..
Location wise not bad but some improvement are required like storage unit missing, tv not working, room not much clean
