OYO Hotel Jyoti Swaroopa - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

The only good is it's location and Spacious rooms BUT THE HOUSEKEEPING IS WEIRD. Thick layer of dust on telephone and table was there. Dirty linen was changed after 6 hours of Check-in and after 4 times complaint. TV started working at night, repaired after 7 hours from Check-in and registering complain for 5 times. Flush didn't work properly. They charged for extra bed for my 9 year old son but did not provide exta blanket/sheet for him till the check out, even after requesting many times. Finally, I had to check out early, in the next morning. House keeping and management of the hotel is the worst I have ever seen in any of the Oyo hotel. I would never suggest anyone for this hotel. Ironical, at the time of Check-out, the Reception people request everyone to give a nice feedback. I feel, if service is good, people will automatically give good feedback; the reception doesn't need to request/impress people for good feedback.

my experience with the hotel was not that good, bcoz i got it booked with OYO with some festive discount offers going on. But when i checked into the hotel they have clearly told me to pay the full amount(not the discount prices i got it booked) bcoz they have some long pendibg issues with OYO for not paying their commisions etc. Despite raising this concern to OYO, nothing happened, i ended up paying the full price. This hotel does not have any pantry service and ofcourse you will get absolutely nice food options nearby, eg- satyam, sairam parlour etc.They dont even provide warm water on need basis. If you are a bachelor you can survive but for families, it will be tough to stay here.Moreover the connectivity to the railway station and to other popular places is good.

this is a well highly comfortable stinky rooms , with working of ac is done only in a timely basics . Where everyone of the staff are more concerned about the tips given to them instead of the customer service .. These staff indeed demanding the tips without any good / no customer service .. ........... NOTE :- I've made my booking via oyo . And got a big deal of discount when i said I'll be paying online in oyo app . The front desk staff were made me to payto them only full amount where i didn't get the discount .. more over They took charges for extra bed but they didn't provide any bed .. as there is already an extra small bed in the room ....but they had charged for the extra bed * 600 rupees * And didnot included the bill of extra bed ........... This is a genuine and truely experienced review .. Its better to check in some other hotel insted facing troubles like me .. ..........

Please don't prefer this lodge instead you have many good lodges available for the same cost. Room services is very poor they won't respond properly even I told pay money for water bottles but not yet provided on rooms & it's were very dirty & toilets nothing to say very bad conditions they using old floor mats. Ac is there but remotes won't work all controls from reception & they not at all picks the call, landline connections kept for name seak, room doors on worst conditions. About hotel there is no good things to say. Please don't choose this lodge #Wasteofmoney #Worstservices

This is a bare minimum facility. They will just give you a room, and that's it. There is no room service. If you come across other reviews saying that they had to ask many times for very basic things, believe it. We had to wait for 1 hour for towels. When you call reception they respond to it and forget about the service asked. In 3 day stay, my room wasn't cleaned even once. Bedding was not very clean and there were hairs here n there (means it wasn't charged after last checkout). Hot water was playing hide n seek when I was in shower. Silver lining: this place is very near to RTC complex, railway station and market. RK beach is also not far.

Do not go here. Reasons - 1. The room they gave us did not have the tv 2. The room was very dirty 3. They turned of AC the next morning and said it is not working. After requesting for new room - 4. We asked to clean the room and they did a good job. But we found 2 insects on the cot. No windows were open. 5. They say complementary breakfast when booking but when you ask for it, they ask for money to get breakfast. We stayed for 4 days here and we never got breakfast

GOOD staff, great location. amidst of good budget restaurants. ROOMS space average. TV - does not work. bedlinen not properly cleaned. not changed in spite of request. accessories - soap, brush, etc- promised but not provided inspite of request. old AC with lot of noise. room not properly illuminated. overall hygiene-poor. not stayed in such a poor quality hotel in recent years. it belongs to bygone era. would recommend to any one. advice to management- improve neatness, provide good bedlinen, curtains, remove old ac, provide water, repair TV. there is lot of bad odour in corridor. the photos in OYO are misleading

Situated in very good location to be honest.. Just 1km from Vizag bustand and 2km from railway station. Service is very good They accept every complaint and fix it soon. Overall it can be marked as best hotels which i have been visited.
