OYO Hotel Just Stay Near Leisure Valley Park - Hotel in Gurugram, Sarhol - Gurugram, India

I am writing to express my disappointment with the hotel room I have been assigned to. Despite making a reservation well in advance, I was given a room that falls short of my expectations.To begin with, the room is not at all pictures showed a spacious and well-furnished room, but what I have been given is cramped and lacks basic amenities. The bed is small and uncomfortable, the TV is outdated and the air-conditioning is not working properly, making it extremely stuffy and uncomfortable.I am highly disappointed with the quality of the room and the service I have received so far. I urge you to take immediate action and rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a more suitable room or a refund of the charges paid.

It is a very bad hotel I booked from Oyo and they didn't accept the booking. It was already night and I didn't had option so I stayed by paying rs.1000. Next day when I checked out they didn't provided any bill saying you will get bill from Oyo. In simple terms they list hotel in Oyo for cheap rates once you reach hotel you will be charged extra for which you will not get any bill. Every hotel in this sector does the same a big fraud is going on.

Room quality was nice and clean......little renovation needed .....food quality is good but overpriced ....check in and check out procedures was simple ....AC was functioning properly ....they also provided free chilled drinking water

Very bad experience.... I booked this hotel online, because I get nice deal and seems cleaned rooms as per online site... When I enter in room, 1st impression is found dirty walls, cockroach on bed, in the pillow cover. All pillow in very bad condition, no one will want to take that pillow. Smelly bedsheets and blanket. I requested to hotel to change room, they denied. I request atleast clean the room and change blanket, pillow and bedsheets they denied. Never book this hotel online.. because online pictures are very good, cleaned rooms But reality is exact opposite.. Please check pictures.

Good facility but bathrooms are too short. Staff is good. Behaviour is also good. Helping nature. No beer facility available in hotel but you can bring and drink. Small room but this hotel is near to iffco chowk that why i stayed in this hotel. Walking distance from iffco chowk amd mg road metro station. Sasta or aacha.

I booked my hotel using Agoda, When I visited I was told that they can't check me in because of Low rates offered. It was not my fault whatever rate they mentioned I paid online. Since I have to stay for a day. I asked what is the rate they charged me extra money and gave me room. Told me agoda will refund my previous booking charge as they cancelled it. When I checked agoda the hotel didn't cancel my booking. They are fraud

No cleanliness, rooms were smelly. Pathetic room service. Received my breakfast in almost 50 mins and that too after reminding them. Sandwich here means bread with butter and ketchup. Wont recommend. AC was also leaking.

My experience was very bad. The staff were not helpful at all. Rooms were still under construction. No pest control. Had to wait 6 hours to be checked-in. Overall very bad experience.
