OYO Hotel Jumanji - Hotel in Bhilai - Durg, India

THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY 37 YEARS OF SERVICE. BAD SMELL IN DELUXE ROOMS, MOBILE CHARGING NOT POSSIBLE IN ROOMS, GARBAGE COLLECTION IN DELUXE ROOM NO. 301 (WHERE I STAYED), ARROGANT STAFF... TV NOT WORKING, AC NOT WORKING .... OVERALL, A THIRD CLASS HOTEL ... I TOLD THEM VERY CLEARLY THAT I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN TO THEIR HOTEL ... A HELL IN SUPELA, DURG ..

Too much costly... Not as expected... Cleaning not as expected... Guys, please don't book this hotel through Oyo, because they are going to take extra charge for the stay. In Oyo if price is 700 showing then they are going to take 1500 for one night. Room is also not good. It was worst experience for me.

No lift. One has to go to third floor by steps. Very bad in cleaning and hygiene. Geyser not working. Bed sheets are dirty. Overall waste of money.

Very bad experience, I already book this hotel for one night, but when I reached at Hotel the demand just double amount for the same booking, No body help me. The receptionist of this OYO hotels was very bad behaved and rooms are not clean. Too much. I never book any hotel through OYO. Me bahat parisan hua because rat ko pahuncha isliye o hame parisan kare, majburi ka faida uthate h ye log. Bahat Ganda h inke service bhai.

I had booked a room here from the Oyo application but while checking time the owner refused to provide the room. They were asking for more money. It's always better to visit directly and book the room. Never trust the Oyo price. Due to them I had to stay at another hotel that was also without any service which I had booked from the Oyo application. My point was if they are not earning enough benefits with Oyo booking then why are they accepting the online booking from Oyo. At the end customers have to face the trouble and look out for other options.

Worst hotel. Booked through Oyo room. Was Denied check-in. Attendent was saying that he's the owner of the hotel. He looked like a sweeper though. Then he started misbehaving and said cannot give room. I was left stranded because there were no room whatsoever and I travelled from far place. Never book in this hotel you can find many check-in denied at hotel review and misbehaving review. Oyo should break it's tie-up with this hotel.

I didn't find any drawback for this hotel.. hotel jumanji is one of the fine hotel I've stayed. Good hospitality, no disturbance. If you order food from outside and you don't have dishes, you can just ask them, they will provide you plates and cutlery. But there is one thing which is also good in a way.. but not for me.. as they don't allow guests in your room.

The hotel is ok to stay for a short time. Behaviour of staff is good. Room maintenance is average. Suggestion for hotel: Please change blanket, bed sheet, pillow cover for each guest, everyone is paying for all the services right...
