Not a hotel for couples. Staff behaviour wad very arrogant and terrifying for us as couple. Felt really unsafe on first day of booking and cancelled the second day booking to check in hotel hardik near station. Choose your stay here at your own risk.

Very bad experience in this hotel, I booked a room for 5 the October for Rs. 730. I reported at the hotel on 5 th oct at 9.30 am. Receptionist asked me to pay extra Rs. 330 for early chech-in. As per OYO at the time of booking , early check in after 10 am is complementary. Between 6 to 10 am charge is 0-30 % . I was checked in just half an hour before early check in time. I dont know how he charged Rs 330 extra. I aslo told him that I am going to check out today ie. 5 th oct itself by 6 pm as my flight is at 9 pm, even though my check out time is 11 am on 6 th oct. I told the receptionist that I will report it to OYO. He was very rude and adament and says " Go ahead, and do it now itself. Also advice me to go to another hotel, if needed. I am 62 years old with big luggage. I am OYO customer for the last 10 years and I never face this type of experience before. Its not the matter of money, but bad behaviour of receptionist and cheating. Irrelevant polocies of OYO and Hotel management. Rooms are very narrow and are dirty. Wash rooms are dirty and smells bad.

I had to stay in jaipur for 2 days and i stayed at the panchayti dharmshala for the first day and it was horrible, then i saw this hotel on google maps just beside that dharmshala and thought to stay here for the next day , and i was so much relieved to get a room for the same price as that rubbish dharmshala. Pros: * The room service and receptionist team were good and respectful. * The room and bathroom was very nice clean . * The A/C was working fine * Cold drinking water is available for free . * 5 mins away for the train station * Price is affordable Cons : * they turn off the A/C in the morning at 6AM for some time due to power cut in the area) * bathroom was clean but it was a bit small * no plug sockets near the bed for charging phone 4.5/5 stars from my experience Will definitely book this hotel if i visit Jaipur again via Train Jai Ambay

If you are not an Indian don't go here. I booked a hotel room here and when I went there the staff literally told me that I can't get my room here because I'm a foreigner. When asked why they told me some nonsense about it being the policy after Covid. The funny bit is that there was no mention of this anywhere when I booked and paid for the hotel. Agoda said they have finished off the refund procedures, it's been a week I still haven't received my refund. The staff was very unfriendly and ignorant that they didn't even help me find another hotel. They were just standing there watching me being inconvenienced late at night.

The place is okay to stay near the railway station. I have booked the hotel through the OYO rooms application and paid the total amount, Stil they charged the 250rs extra. Not with this hotel most of the Hotel charges the same in Jaipur

Ac not proper working. When I am going to recharge my mobile through another socket led automatically off due to faulty electric line .

I m writing this not only about my experience in this hotel , it's reality of this hotel 1. Food was very bad , just waste of money . 2. Geyser was not working. 3. T.V was not working . 4. Lighting was just normal simple LED lights , only 4 in total room 5. Cleaning was below average . 6. Bedsheets was unwashed. 7. Outside food not allowed. 8. After check-in , if you call from your room for any help of to get anything which you need they are not going to respond your telephone call.

The hotel manager was too rude, was firstly denying for online payment later on asking to pay at once and was showing suspicious ,arrogant and ruthless behavior and unsafe gestures while he was compelling to empty the room much before the check out time...Moreover the quality of services rendered at the stay was not upto the mark , the water quality supplied as RO water was not potable to drink and the AC of room was frequently switched off to save the electricity..... Overall the stay at the hotel room was not upto the mark , really disappointed and dissatisfied with the awful experience . Kindly look into the matter with serious concern and take necessary step as possible. We have to leave the hotel at 7 evening , 16 hrs before the checkout time for such inconvenience.. Kindly look into matter...looking forward to see your action on this serious matter..
