Night staffs don't know how to behave even they do their job after drunk
In Amritsar, we booked OYO 9593 Hotel J S Regency.
When we reached this hotel, he clearly denied that they don't have OYO room service. They will charge their own rates. They said, OYO don't paid their 1 lakh payment so they will not provide room to us on OYO basis. We don't have any choice since we reached the hotel in night at 10 PM so we booked it.
This hotel and hotel's staff is pathetic and misbehaved they don't have even sense how to talk to guests as well as ladies.
Their service is very bad. Room condition very bad. No basic things provided in the room like towel, soap, AC's and TV's remote, water nothing was there.
Their staff people were eating tobacco all time and dirty smell was coming out. We ordered simple milk for baby for which they took atleast 1 hour and after saying many time, they said that they have 25 rooms booked so you have to wait. Means, what does it mean?
No one know this hotel if they put down the OYO banner from their building.
I felt very bad experience with OYO first time. I will recommend to all not to book by OYO services.

Room is very good ,it is neat and clean and in comparison of other hotel A.C room j s regency is cost effective. We completely break fast....Well arranged hotel and rooms Improvement required in reception and in staff speaking language because they are speak in only punjabi.
It was around 2 KM distance from HARMANDIR SAHIB.

They even charged 20 RUPEES for water bottle..
Shower was not working... electricity issue... mosquitos...not clean laundry..
