Very poor facilities tv not working ac not cooling and price much as comprison to other hotels

Third class hotel. Poor services. I stay here 2 days. At the time of checkin they told me that rates is including gst then at the time of checkout I ask a bill they told me that GST charges will be extra if you require Hotel Invoice. They not provide me anything. I just request you every one don't waste your money and don't stay here. Google rating is also farji.

The Rooms are very spacious and we'll maintained, with mini fridge, Coffee maker inside, clean Room and Bathroom.. it's like having 4star room at a very low cost. Owner and staff are very courteous. Stayed there for 4 days.

This hotel was a little hidden inside Paharganj. What's great about this place is the staff. The rooms are also clean. Not really expensive. They'd easily accommodate 3 people in 1 room for a decent price.

Great little hotel We stayed here two nights. Wonderful stay, quiet. Just a few minutes walk from New Delhi Railway Station. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating...they let us hang out and shower at the common bathroom the night AFTER we had checked out. At INR 2,200, we thought it was somewhat an indulgence for the upgrade on the room, but the room is bigger , king size bed was worth it.

Worst hotel. Yesterday instead of 12 noon we check in at 11.00 pm but rooms are not ready. Unprofessional staff. Stay at station instead of staying here. Dharamshalas are much better. Location very very poor. Cleanliness out of 10 I give 0. Only one thing is good that is food which they have served in rooms. But overall life time bad experience. Never go there.

If you are staying at Hotel JP Inn, Arya Nagar, Delhi then you are doing biggest mistake. 1. You don't get secured environment 2. You don't get clean towels and bedsheets 3. You get rooms which can not be properly locked 4. You don't get clean washrooms 5, You have to ask for every simple need like towels, Paper rolls. 6. The overall ambience is really bad 7. The water bottle at least you expect is Bisleri but you will be provided with Belsri. and you will get to hear some unwanted arguments as no body complained before about belsri why you want to ?? 8. In my package Dinner and b/f was included. When I asked at reception about dining room I was told that it will be served at Room. I told don't serve i will go to restaurant from where you are ordering. Then I was told it is made some where in local house. I am not expecting Food from Taj but at least I expect hygienic food which you will not at all get. 9. There is no parking system available 10. The place is difficult to find and the area is not suitable for Family stay even not for single staying people. 11. I was called at 6am in morning by reception team and I was told that few family members from my family just ran away just now. even he told names of few members. I was shocked and i checked and found that my family members were in room itself. After inquiring I understood there was some misunderstanding. But there is no security to stop anyone which means anyone else can can enter. So it's not a place to stay. If you don't have any option in any other hotel then also don't think about JP Inn to stay. This hotel is not even worth 1 star. I am not sure why MMT, Trip Advaior, Goibibo and justdial, have given good ratings.. All the best wishes for your stay at Delhi.

This hotel comes under affordable luxury in goibibo but is nowhere close to it. It would be best suited in substandard Lodge. There is no laundry service. The walls are all damped and paint is coming off. The shower is damaged. The bathroom had sachets lying around used by previous guest.
