Nice hotel and we can expect a great stay and enjoy our trip. Co-operative staffs and energetic owner ,they ensures customers satisfaction. They ensures the customers safety and arranges proper arrangements for their enjoyment. Like to visit the hotel again. Very Economy and people who wants a budget stay can go for it blindly.

Room experience was not good

One of worst hotel Never ever book thia hotel Don't ho on pics provide by them Hotel is in pathetic condition now Forget about Hospitality and service the basic things were not in place No towels no soap a half cracked mirror... Ohh Sorry main thing there were no hot water in the room. Cleanliness?? Road side lodg of 500rs is much cleaner Beds were worst not at all clean. Don't stay in this hotel even if u want to go to washroom don't use this hotel You can use this hotel if you want to clean ur dirty shoes. Go to room take bed sheet and clean it Becoz condition of that bedsheets are same like your dirty shoes

Management : Polite & Helpful Food : Quality is good Location : Near from many good locations of Aurangabad Infrastructure : 1. Old, not very much technically sound. 2. Room is not clean. I've found hairs on bed & Almarih also not clean. 3. A/C is broken. 4. Drainage system is not so good. Suggestion : Hotel management should improve Infrastructural facilities. Experience : Overall good experience.

This is a very bad, stinking and rude hotel who only cheats guests, worst behaving owner staff was also very stupid. This was a replacement hotel we got from our previous hotel Hotel Family Inn, don't go there too, different review given to him too. We reached hotel at Friday late night around 12:30 - 1, we had to pay full advance charges as we were not their direct customers. The rooms given to us was very bad, stinking and we had no option at midnight as this was given to us as replacement. As we only wanted to rest, sleep for 7-8 hrs then check out we thought OK let's just sleep. Bad rooms, bed, washroom the list is unlimited, literally. We got up at 6 am, for some stupid reason the owner came with heavy nocking on door and asked us, no, rather made us change rooms cause he wanted to give my room to other guests, yelling at us he said as you are not our customers you don't get first preference. We were 3 ppl and the replacement room was only for 2 ppl, I had to sleep on floor with just bed sheets. When we got up there was no water at all, after 30 min we got water, then there was no facility for hot water or it was over, they were like we don't have hot water now, give us time we will give hot water which came like 1 bucket of hot water after 20 min, he was using water heating coil to heat water in a bucket. Very bad experience, at end one Manger did apologize but the damage was already done and it was like what are you gonna do while checkout and money was already paid in advance. Please don't book here.

This hotel is operated by oyo I stayed here for one night quite good hotel, but I'll suggest this one only to the bagpackers as the infrastructure is quite old no lifts are there. The big issue over here is about cleanliness, they have to focus more on that. Also the photos of the rooms posted here are very old. The staff over here is good. I haven't seen any restaurant over here so I'll suggest you just go out and have something to eat.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. To start with, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Dingy, pipes leaking, infested with cockroaches, excrements smeared on the stairs (?!). Staff is extremely rude and trying to get more money from you at every opportunity, mostly by lying about what you have and haven't paid for. We ended up setting off on a bus to another city, thinking we settled all out bills, but they somehow got in touch with the driver, and demanded we pay road tax for car trip we took. Stay well away - I never write bad reviews, but this place is as pleasant as people who run it.

A nice comfortable hotel to stay in Aurangabad. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room are clean while the hotel offers a great menu of Indian food. Staff can help arranging tours. Really enjoyed my stay here.Pickup is also possible.
