I stayed with my friend for a couple of nights, it was wonderful and amazing stay. Ambience, spacious room, all required facilities, reception, room service and housekeeping were all so kind and courtesy. They never say no to any of our request. The service I received over there is on a top notch. Would surely come back again. Thank you

Nice staff, they have clean rooms & location is near to metro, so it was easy for me to reach. Food is also really good over here. I will recommend this to everyone.

0 out of 5. I changed my room 3 times even after changing rooms there was no change in the experience. Zero cleanliness. Saw multiple hairs on the bed. No AC remote in the room. The television did not work. I paid 1k for a homicide experience where services do not work at night when asked to change the sheets or clean the rooms even with no drinking water facility.

All the hotel staffs and pricing was good. Most of the time it felt like another home to me. Thanks for the great service.

DEFINITELY NOT A HOTEL. THEY WILL FIRST SHOW A VERY LOW TARRIF ON OYO. And then when you arrive for check in their staff will ask for extra 300-600 per room. And even if the customer agrees to pay extra, they will just give you the keys at reception. The lift gets stuck every now and then. I have seen mostly desperate couples. and the bed sheets were not clean. It was a huge mistake to book room for my family from OYO. The staff behaviour from as arrogant and cheap. We left the hotel within 15 minutes but learnt a lesson. I will never ever go to any OYO hotel.

It was such an awful experience one can have. I was there for our exam with my family but as soon as we checked in we saw the place was not less than a hell of haunted house. No cleanliness nothing nd apart frm dt as we entered there were more dn 2 doors in a single room the other door was just locked nd bed was placed over there to hide dt stupidity. It was all dusty nd beddings nd everything was as dirty as one cannot imagine being in a hotel. We immediately reached to the reception nd dn realised; " They actually entertain only a particular group of PPL most of them were local clg going couples nd it was creating an awfull environment fr a sophisticated nd decent grp of PPL". To be very honest it was nt meant fr decent peeps , they'll show u rooms with broken beds nd idk wat many more things. We immediately talk to the receptionist dt we can't stay in such an environment cz tomorrow I'm having my xam nd it's horrible to be there. We asked fr refund she told to talk to "Oyo customer care" , all of them were dumb as hell. They didn't refund our money, wasted our 1-2 hrs, don't know how to talk to their customers. This is nthng less dn a scam where they post smthng else, show smthng else, nd don't even bothered to refund if PPL refuse to live there. @oyo have to see this dt if they can't entertain families nd decent peeps dn just refund our money. #ridiculous
