good location. check in and out was hassle free. staff was very good. in room 2022 there was smell from drain. need to inspect mattress springs. parking was easily available. would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting amritsar in future being reasonably priced. thanks to goibibo.
I absolutely loved the experience here. I recently hosted my wedding and was very happy with the overall management. The staff is really nice and cooperative. The manager of the place Ms. Keerti is very helpful and understanding. You will love the food here. All of our guests had a nice comfortable stay. Thanks :)
Found cockroaches inside the room. Bed sheets were not cleaned having blood/stains marks. Not recommended
A brilliant hotel with a great location. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are quite decent. Markets around are walking distance and you have space for parking. The price was also very good, we took 3 rooms and check-in and check-out process was seamless. I definitely recommend this place.
Rooms were not having ventilation, not having sunlight, air conditioner was working at 32 degree temperature only. No fans in rooms. Restaurant seating capacity is too less compared to lodging capacity. Intercom were not working. Food quality is excellent. Basic Breakfast item qulaity to be improved such as idli, if not able to make good one, do not include in menu. Overall good experience. But expections are high.
