I cannot find strong enough words to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the abysmal experience my family and I endured during our recent stay at your hotel. It is essential for you to comprehend the magnitude of our dissatisfaction, and I hope this message conveys our profound dismay. The hotel and rooms were a disgrace, an affront to cleanliness and tidiness. It was abundantly clear that hygiene and maintenance were not priorities for your establishment. To make matters worse, the staff members and the hotel owner displayed an attitude that was nothing short of rude and belligerent. Cooperation was a foreign concept to them, and their outright lack of consideration was astonishing. What appalled us most was the outright deceit and dishonesty that emanated from the management. Prior to our arrival, I spoke with the owner, who assured me that early check-in was possible as rooms were available. However, upon our arrival with our family, we were bluntly denied entry, and the audacity to demand exorbitant early check-in fees, which were wholly unjustifiable. It is worth noting that the fees demanded were nearly equal to what I paid for multiple rooms. The sight of my family, including ladies and children, did nothing to soften the owner's stance. The sheer lack of empathy and humanity exhibited in this situation was nothing short of infuriating. I find myself compelled to rate this experience as negative -5 stars. This distinction is reserved for establishments that embody the epitome of rudeness, dishonesty, and non-cooperation. Your management and staff personify these qualities. Furthermore, the exorbitant costs attached to your services and items further exemplify your establishment as a hub for exploitation and deception. In summary, our stay at your hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. You have proven yourselves to be cheats, swindlers, and unapologetically rude individuals. I can only hope that you reflect on this feedback and take measures to amend your ways before more customers are subjected to such deplorable treatment. With deep dissatisfaction,

DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL Most pathetic,unhygienic, dirty,hotel and the Person who is managing. He will try to loot you in best possible way.Having no shame .He can go to any extent to take money..Stay away from such place and person

It was really my bad experience than ever I have faced. Their service was so bad, I told him to clean the room at 6am and when I reached to the hotel at 10pm and they told me sorry sir your room has not cleaned give us 2 min. His rooms fans and AC are not working properly apart from that their room lights and wifi also not working properly.

1. Staff was really bad. Didn't know the ethics of behaving with a guest. 2. Was promised breakfast but wasn't provided. 3. There are factories around so lot of noise. 4. I booked two queen sized beds but there was just one in the room, we were three luckily we brought a spare bedsheet. 5. There were ants so wasn't hygenic. In total, a bad experience.

It's decent hotel with all basic necessities to stay. Biggest advantage is it's location which is nearby Marol Naka Metro moreover it's very close to main road so not much security concern and nearby by it has many famous restaurants/food points so getting food won't be challenge. I gave 4 rating because of NO window was there in my room also they provided twin single bed instead of queen bed and room also not cleaned daily but overall decent place to stay specially if you need room just to sleep in night.
