area of hotel is not good. TV in room was not working. tap of toilet seat was not working. when i asked to staff they told to repair it after my check out. it was my first booking through oyo & definately it is my last booking with oyo

Positive: 1) In my booking breakfast was included, but the hotel was not having a kitchen. Even water bottles were not available. 2) Forced me to stay in nearby Hotel Kamal Place, for one night. Whereas I was having a prior booking. 3) AC was making too much nois Negative: 3) AC was making too much noise. 4) Frequent power cuts.
Booked through Agoda and went there, the hotel declined entry and forced us to pay a huge some more. The room then provided to us was very very bad. Pans picks, bugs, ciggerate, extremely unclean floors and bathrooms making the room smell like a public toilet made it the worst experience of my life. Never go there. There's a lot of betters hotels at way more affordable rates and location respectively. THE WORST SCAM AND FAKE HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
it's really good and budget friendly. nearby chandigarh station walking distance. good place and market. stuffs are good and well behaved. bade bhai| was good and he was polite too. ac/washroom/ tv/wifi/ even fan everything was working in proper conditions. cleaning services and clean bed and delicious lunch and dinner. you can book the hotel if you are looking for good and budget friendly stay.
Bad experience with the staff. They don't have manners how to treat with guest. Room is not cleaned. When we ask to change the room..the receptionist boy saying to pay extra for another room. Very bad behaviour. I personally not recommend this hotel. Please don't waste your money.
This hotel is very good to stay. Basically if you want to visit with friends or girlfriend then you can definitely choose it. The staffs are very entertaining. This hotel has very cheap rate rooms. For ac room: 800 for non ac: 600. Prices of the hotel's room are negotiable. I got the ac room for 4 days/nights in 2700/-
Worst ever. Me and my husband booked room via Oyo for 2 days..but hotel denie to accept our booking form Oyo. They asked for more money. The receptionist boy is very rude and have no sense how to talk. We already paid to the hotel but he asked us to pay more for next day stay. Receptionist also saying to change to the room next day otherwise pay extra money for same rom they gave us last day. And also said give the keys when we go out. Due to their bad behaviour we checked out Worst experience. Do not go to this hotel. Not recommended at all.
