The hotel is located at a convenient location. parking facility is also there. The inside is very clean. Room No. 203 where I stayed was cozy. I really liked the room. Food quality was very good and served properly in time. Service was also good. Reception is not spacious and attractive.
Facilities are well... But should be improved in case of sanitation. I have experienced with unchanged bedsheets & pillows which have dust & also gives bad smell. Overall food , washrooms are neat & good
The hotel is good in all sense. Not in a dense area. But they have not provided the same room which we have booked with higher prices. It was shocking. My parents were with me. Unfortunately I had to adjust after not finding any other option.
This is probably the best hotel you can get for your money in this small city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have good amenities. The service staff is extremely courteous, and would go to lengths in order to cater to your requirements.
I had booked online with full advance payment, so they allotted the most inferior room at the time of check in. Also availing an online discount is crime here. Had to spend a pathetic night with family. Upon providing a low star rating to oyo, the owner got furious and directly called me to make personal offensive comments. Food is expensive, comes from an unknown source to rooms and you will not get a proper bill. I had more bookings at this hotel, cancelled them all.

I stay here for 3 days.Rooms are totally clean,bathroom also.Hotel stuff behaviour really very good.its bugged hotel in coach behar. Location also cery good.if i visit 2nd time in coach behar, i definitely stay in hotel heritage....
