Very bad staff Ac room book kiya night 12 bje ac close
A congested room no place to move about washroom right in front of the bed! Hardly had any place to stand! But must add it was the room they were providing for 300rs and that too for an hour! Idk about the other rooms!
Very rude staff. And such filthy rooms. I could only stay there for 20 mins then checked out. It's really not family friendly hotel, it's like a dingy love hotel people use for an hourly basis. Sheets were so dirty that we couldn't sit there, bathroom was filthy and the staff was really really rude. I would not even recommend my enemy to book this hotel! It should be renamed Hotel Hell !!
Very very bad experience in this hotel.. Very unprofessional staff and the boy who is in reception having no manners how to talk with guests and he charged all the payments in the check in time + 200 extra for and hour early checking, we not stay there even an hour my booking was for one day, but we came back. All the money gone wasted .what i saw This is not a respected hotel and definitely not for family . Rooms are very very dirty, no water, no door locks, dirty washroom.It is such a horrible hotel, they dont even know how to address their customers. its a nightmare to be there. we have very bad experience in this hotel. My husband is planning to take this matter to the consumer court.
