OYO Hotel Haveli Inn - Hotel in Gandhinagar - Gandhinagar, India

Rooms are ok to spent night after work , no provision of hot Water for bath , no soap etc provided. There is no lift one has to climb 2 floors . Bathroom is not hygienic

A decent hotel in Gandhinagar at a reasonable price stays in the heart of the city

Absolutely disgusting, right from the first call to the hotel till leaving. It's a joke to rate it even with one star, just imagine u turn up at 5 am at the hotel after confirming your reservation and you are told there is no room available, and after a lot of coaxing one of the boys is sent to clean a room for me, I can see the adjacent rooms are empty, with doors open. the bed sheet and bed spreads are still on the boy just spreads it out, I ask him to change it, he says no more available, the color of the white sheet and duvet is as soiled as you can imagine, ultimately he changes it, but the color of the new one too is the same. I asked him not to put the duvet on the cot, the toilets don't have working lights and the western closet doesn't have seat, whatever light comes in case from the opposite toilet through the broken ventilator and the open door. I can go on and on to end it the door has locks but they don't give you keys, overall it's a please don't stay recommendation.

No clealiness, No service, No response, No door locks from outside, nothing are there except a bad, walls and roof. One can't even use washroom as like one the public toilet. Smelling and full of drainage clogs. No identity measurements thus without any safety. It is only good for couples not for family.

This is just a waste of time and money and staff of hotels are not at all co-operative. I was searching for hotels in gandhinagar and found this hotel with good and affordable price but after booking online from "agoda" website and even though after showing booking receipt even though they didn't accept my booking and have to pay Rs.1000 more just for one night and they don't even provide a water to drink . And Google shows this hotel at top nos. Hotel management is very poor they don't even have the manners to talk with their clients. Just have one suggestion if you don't accept online payments and bookings please remove name of hotel from oyo."OYO" is a brand name and after visiting your hotel I don't think your hotel is a hotel it's a bhangaar ya kabadi. This hotel is the best example of most famous " BHOLI SURAT DIL KE KHOTE NAAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHOTEY" Agar nark hai toh yeh hai This is the best tag line of this hotel

Not even eligible for single star rating. I want to write review so that I am giving single star. Actually the rating should be on negative. We booked room by goibibo app. They didn't inform us that they are not accepting online booking. During check-in the hotel manager create big problem. He denied for check in and ask for offline booking. Behaviour was very bad. Personally I will not suggest this hotel to book from any onliysite.

Only minus point there is no lift you have to stair two story for room stay

Worst hotel even if we consider 1 star hotel level experience. The owner is cunning and just there to make money. On the fist day of my booking the tarif was RS 964. I wanted to stay one more night as my tour was extended, the owner very cunningly changed the tarif plan to RS 1200 and he didn't even gave me the bill. The staff has no coordination and unnecessarily disturbs by knocking on the door. The room is poor and very badly maintained. Stain marks on the bedsheets makes you feel to puke and the bathroom utilities doesn't work. I hated the experience I got in this hotel. I would not recommend it
