OYO Hotel Green Dreams - Hotel in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

The Location was good. The property situated on a main road side.Car Parking slot was not there. But, They managed to provide space near to next Building. staff behavioir was good. They have own restaurant. but we did not had food from there. Room was not spacious. But it is OK to manage to stay for a night. But we can not expect a pleasant ambience in the room due to this less space. bathroom was clean and Neat. overall, budget friendly, affordable stay. As a couple we feel safe there. No issues was there. Only the pleasant ambience was missing due to lack of more space in the room. That was the only issue we felt.

Moderate a/c rooms at affordable price. Taxi service. Kind and helpful receptionists. No wifi provided for rooms booked through oyo on low price. Card lock offers great security. Average parking space ( most of their space are taken up by their on taxis, only just like a fifty mid class and high class cars). Clean, safe, homely. 4 stars for because there's room for improvement.

This place came up as a good budget accommodation option in our online searches and we made the bookings. When we went there, we had to wait for sometime before they actually retrieved the booking info and allotted us the rooms. The rooms are decent, well maintained and comfortable. The service is not really great as they also have a couple of other businesses, including a travel agency, all maintained by the same set of staff. So there is a delay before any of the requests are taken care of. They do have a restaurant but during our stay, it was not functional. They have ample parking space right across the road. The staff do try to accommodate requests like a small grace period before checkout, store luggage during the day after checkout etc as much as possible.

A pleasant stay at a pleasant hotel. Green Dreams is situated roadside before Mattumel junction bridge in Thevara, Kochi and is one of the best value for money hotels in the vicinity. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was hygenic and well maintained. The staff were cordial and helpful from the get-go. The place of location of the hotel is apt for travellers, students groups and adults. The brilliance medical entrance coaching center is nearby, so are the temples, mosque and church. Since in city, all amenities are nearby. The hotel is just walk away distance from thevara market and thevara junction. The junction connects the main city through private buses - budjet mode of travel. Travelling solo has its perks. Would like to visit here with my friends and stay for more number of days.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital that we were consulting. We stayed there for a night and found the place bubbling with guests. It can be easily located and the building houses all their sister concerns including the travels. They are OYO partners and therefore they took a while to retrieve our Agoda booking. They are terribly under staffed at the front office. A request for drinking water in the second room that we booked went unheeded till morning. Service does not seem to be their forte. The facilities in the room were all good. Neat bed, central AC, clean bathrooms, etc. However, the room walls at the front we found to be of makeshift quality. Another point to remember is that the hotel they have on the property is not functional. But that doesn't matter since plenty of budget eateries are around. They also have parking area on the road that is right in front of the hotel.

Hello I am giving some basic information regarding hotel green dreams. About location, if you are coming to visit Kochi city then don't prefer this hotel. It's near about 10km away from city and main tourist spot. If you book ola or uber from hotel it will take 100-130 RS. About room : I had booked executive room. But I don't like this room as compared to cost because I had paid 2500 for that room. Room size was small near bout 10X12sqfeet and it's not same as pictures shown on sites. About service: Service was good they will charge 10% service tax on every service. Last one Don't book online as online price is high as compared to actual hotel price. Don't book through mobiwik as my experience was terrible...

Very very bad behaviour.. They just don't have any sense how to treat with the visitors may be they maintenance is good.. We were near about 16-17 family; almost all people has gone for the lunch, but my elder sister and i was in the room; they just came and started to throw the luggages even in the absence of room holder, my sister politely ask for 5mint extra to call the people and take their own luggages out of the room but the owner of the hotel denied and behaved very rudely with us.. (He said, 'bahar niklo saab, chalo niklo) Then all people almost came from the lunch and a big quarrel started with the owner as he ordered his staff to throw the luggages( money bags and purse was also there).. He Almost threaded us by showing a punch in our face but atlast he was constrained to be obedience..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My family home is less than 2 KM from the hotel. I booked 3 rooms for 24th December 2016 overnight stay for my family members who were there to attend a family function. We needed only a place for few hours of sleep at night since the house was overcrowded. AC did not work in any of the rooms (though we complained many times). I was charged for AC rooms in advance. There were bed bugs on beds. In one room the bathroom lock was damaged. The breakfast was hopeless. I can give only a minus rating for this hotel.
