I experienced a nice stay with my mother. Room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, the staff was good and they carry your luggage upstairs, talk with you politely, the entry gate staff at night was humble and has helping nature. I will surely visit there whenever I travel back.
The Hotel was looking very Nice in the pictures. But in reality the bed which we slept on was very dirty and we only saw it the next morning. The AC, also had a button outside the room, and the Staff were coming to turn off the AC, while we were in the room.
Terrible experience: We were so tired coming from the airport and then slept straight when we woke up next morning we saw the bed was so dirty.. very dirty.. they're earning more than 600000 per day but they don't buy new towels and bed covers.. what's this... 1. Bed cover is so dirty- they don't change it for next person when another person leave the same room. And they will not change it even after we leave that room then another person would sleep in that same bed so it's dangerous to get skin diseases. 2. Tower is torn apart and dirty 3. No room service 4. No shower

This is a dirty hotel with no locks in doors and bathrooms are pathetic. Please check this hotels rates also. We were charged fraudulently triple rates. The rooms are noisy and risk of your stuff stolen without locks. The bathrooms are also with locks and proper doors.

Horrible hotel. Linen on the bed looks dirty, we woke up with bug bites on our body. Might be bed bugs and mosquitoes. Elevator looks broken and unsafe. People smoke in the room and corridors.
Pathetic.. not having a dustbin, there was no light / bulb in washroom, ac remote wasn't working. They had in-house kitchen, when we ordered the first they took the order later on said our chef is denying. Bedsheets wasn't cleen, over all infrastructure like paint of walls etc was very poor.
