Good hotel clean & location at city centre near to bus terminal it's plus point of hotel, Hotel manager say at time to checking we have restaurant at different location and we arrange food from their but after ordered food I was realise food bringing from nearest cheap Dhaba. You think you smart order food online so plz bring Plates and spoon with you bcoz u order online food hotel manager rudely say we don't have enough plates to provide for online order bcoz his/her commission not add in ur bill. That's why I'm giving 4 star only.

Worst experience....this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with your booking. rooms are ok but in washroom there is no water supply & after asking to staff they are not able to solve the issue & they asked us to change the room & after changing the rooms same issue continues & they asked us to adjust with them. they are such a inexperienced staff & management they are helpless & does nothing with the issue. there are some other issue like Tv doesn't work, blankets not given even after asking 2-3 times, room lock doesn't work properly in which one of our frnd injured himself in opening the lock of door. Worst hotel. Pls don't book.

We stayed in the Hotel Golden Heart in Bus Stand Area of Amritsar for 2 nights on 29th & 30th December 2018 @ Rs. 1,500/- per room per night. The rooms and Bed are small but beautifully decorated. Bathrooms are clean but their are no Geysers for hot water. Hot/warm water for bathing is supplied by it's rooftop water boiler when it is operated. They don't have any Restaurant or kitchen at present but under preparation. 2 complimentary Mineral water bottles are provided by all the good hotels but they don't provide. No toiletries provided except a small soap. There is no Lift and climbing on the steep stairs is very tough. Though, they have a plan for constructing a Lift. In Underground floor, a Bar is under construction. On rooftop, they have plans for making a Restaurant. Looks promising if all the facilities are made available in future but as of now, an ordinary hotel.

Worst experience, the staff and manager are so insensitive that they dont care about the customers.<br/>We visited there few days back and one of my frnd got fever and nausea. It was 7 am in the morning, i trird looking for med stores but all were closed, came to know that they will open at 9.30 am. <br/>Went back to hotel and asked the receptionist and manager if they have any medicine available.<br/>They said they have but they wint hive to us, i literally pleaded as my frnds condition was getting worse but they denied. Humanity is lost. <br/>I would suggest money is one thing but if you can do something for someone and that too such a small thing of giving one med... Pls dont ever go here... Very poor staff and service.

My experience with Golden hotel was very family friendly, staff was very cooperative. Delux room, AC facility and near bus stop make it acceptable to all customers. It is also couple friendly.

Good staff as well as good food arrangements. But still 4 Star coz of some problems like the living problems i.e. some minor problems in rooms. But Afterall it's a good hotel and can be visited with family for drinks/dinner frequently

Very Poor and Un-professional. Unhygienic , the toilets were unclean, TV is not proper working.we informed the hotel staff however they did not take any action..in short does not worth the money they charge.

I am staying in this hotel for last more than 1.5 months and I have booked this hotel thru oyo Mobile App. I get extended support from hotel staff and ground staff from oyo. It was a lovely stay in this hotel. All my best wishes are always with this hotel.
