1.Value for money- The amount it ask on desk is bit high with respect to the hotel's infrastructure, but if you book with online then it may be a great deal to steal. Rooms are small. 2.Location- Just behind Guntur railway station. so very nice place to stay for rail commuters, also painful to sleep at night. 3.Service Quality- service is OK,staff are helpful and co-operative. 4.Food- Foods and drinks are good, food quality with respect to money is ok. Foods are bit high priced, but plenty in quantity. 5.Amenities- I was happy with WiFi connectivity of hotel, other amenities are up-to the mark. Cleanliness- Hotel is neat and clean. Bath room and toilet is well maintained. This hotel has 24 Hr check-in & out service. card payment available. Overall a good experience.
Hotel is right outside the railway station. Our train was delayed by more than an hour and the team checked us in at 1 AM in the morning. No qualms there. The room service provided us a great coffee in the morning. Overall, a good stay.
We took executive non AC rooms. Rooms are clean and tidy with 24 hours hot water. Room service is good. All the staff are very friendly. Enjoed our stay and recommend to everyone as the location is very near to the Guntur railway station.
Very near 2 Railway stn bt remember to come out by crossing last platform(subway after 7th PF), Room service not so good, During 2 days stay they manage my bed systematically upto 3 times after me bt not brought water for a single, Literally last day they hide my AC remote, Nice & Stomach full of Complimentary breakfast idli+wada+upma with chatni & Sambar. Don't expect more!!!
I booked 5 rooms for my relatives for a functioning the hospitality they have is awesome. Specially the GM Narayana reddy garu has been really really sporty and responsible for everything. I will really recommend this to everybody. I dont know about the normal rooms. We opted for the premium rooms and they were really really good.
Good place to stay. They provide complementary breakfast. Tasty food is available here. They have good parking place for both car and two wheelers. The hotel is located near by guntur railway station in west entrance.
The room are neat and good. Toilets are very clean. I did not book through OYO this time because my train reached Guntur at 12:30 am. The check in time is 12 noon through OYO. But I would like to share that I'm regular customer of OYO
The rooms are slightly small and do not have direct sunlight. Otherwise the rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. The room service staff as well as the cleaning staff are good. Overall a good budget place.
