OYO Hotel Gems - Hotel in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai - Thane, India

Hostel is not good. Room is not clean. And that receptionist guy is so rude and ask for extra money. I booked this hotel from Oyo and also I have payed advance payment in Oyo. But when I checked in hotel that gus I asking for extra money and saying we didn't accept online booking you have to pay extra money or else will not provide room to you. And they charged me extra 500Rs. Service is worst. Not clean bathrooms and rooms also dirty. Worst hotel in Navi Mumbai please don't book this hotel.

Beware of the guy on the reception. He's very greedy. Way too much. My father was very tired when we came in Mumbai, we really needed a place to sit and relax, we had this hotel booked and still that guy didn't let us in. Instead, he asked us to pay extra fees for that. Why should we pay anymore fees if we've already paid for the rooms? My father and I had to eat somewhere out in a restaurant and wait for like 1-1.5 hrs until the rooms were opened for us.

Surprising this was a good stay! Even though the rooms are small it has been efficiently used. However yes you would find the bathroom small. But it's a budget hotel and good if you are in the city for travel or work purpose and won't be staying in the room for longer.

Worst Hotel ever I have seen, they give you false comment, washroom was not clean, even Ac was not working, No wifi, Not even TV works properly. Even Podium person don't know how to talk with guest so rude in talking And they charged 2000/- and for one room then they are saying outside foods are not allowed. the room was so small then just, Food taste is worst!!! I would suggest you never go there, Because I have faced worst experiences.

There were a number of issues that made my stay less than enjoyable. They don't accept cards, only UPI and Cash. It's not mentioned in any websites that the Hotel doesn't take online Payments while booking, only payment at Hotel. There's no way to contact them. No phone numbers mentioned anywhere, the only thing that is mentioned is OYO customer service number which will get you nothing. Don't book from AGODA App, they don't accept that booking. I have to pay more in the hotel more as they don't accept the less tariff. Starting with the room itself, it's very small and cramped. This definitely makes me difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay, especially when I am spending a lot of time in the room. Additionally, the small washroom has been inconvenient and uncomfortable to use, and this had really impact the overall experience. The fact that the room service was also poor and it's disappointing. If you order something it will not come at time. When I am staying at a hotel, I expect to have access to certain amenities and services that can help make my stay more enjoyable. If the room service was not up to par, it may have made it difficult for anyone to get the things I needed, or to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Furthermore, the food was also not good, this had added another layer of frustration to my stay. When I am paying for a hotel room, I expect to have access to good quality food that will nourish and satisfy me. If the food was not up to my standards, it may have made it difficult to enjoy my meals, or to feel like I am getting my money's worth. The price of the foods is very high according to the taste and service Lastly, the fact that the hotel did not allow me to order food from outside and have made myself even more frustrating. As I had stayed in the hotel for a longer period of time(2/3Days), or if I have specific dietary needs or preferences, it can be important to have access to a variety of food options. If the hotel is limiting my choices in this way, it may feel like I am being forced to pay more for subpar food. **I am not going back to this Hotel Again for sure.

We have booked this hotel 5 days before our stay, when at 11 o'clock we reached they said hotel is full and hotel didn't allow and say they don't allow online bookings. That was horrible experience since it is night and I am with my wife. How can hotel provide our room to other as we reach hotel at 11 thinking we'll not come. This really safety concern if you are traveling as couple. This all scenario happen online for extra money they were expecting. Greedy people.

Room was not that clean .. too much light in room due to cheap curtains . They will charge you extra then the booking price on oyo app .. even if the early check-in ( 10 am to 12pm ) is complimentary if rooms are available they will charge 30% extra .. no bills provided of stay as well as food... Have in house restaurant which provide you average quality of food but they don't allow online order.. won
