OYO Hotel Ganesh - Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Honestly I only saw the rooms in pictures because I booked it via Oyo and reached there unfortunately there was a power cut so couldn't stay. However it was a great experience as the staff honestly mentioned that there is no power and no possibility of power to resume soon. And suggested us to talk to OYO to cancel the booking and transfer it to some other place which the OYO call centre happily did, thankful to OYO. This location is not clear because very less hoarding on the hotel.

Very Pathetic room and service. There is no watter bottle and bathing amenities in room. AC is not working properly and room tiles are broken. Telephone also broken. If I had to chance to give Zero star, I'll choose that option..

Dear Team,Its was a worst experience we had at the time of check-in. After having a 8 hours journey in the train with my Father whose age is 73 years had to wait appx 1 hours to get the room. The hotels were denied providing the room saying the amount I paid is low as per their tariff. I have told the hoteliers that I have already made the full payment as per the rate provided in the online site and also shown the booking voucher. They told they don't have any connection and told to contact the customer care. The customer care executive was very supportive and arranged the room immediately. After that we came to know that there is no lift and my Father struggled to get in to the rooms in the 2nd floor. There was no complimentary water bottle provided and we have to ask for towel and soap. The hoteliers provided the towel and soap, but told it's not included in the online booking.There is no restaurant and even the plate is also not available in the hotel and we have to buy the disposable plate from outside to take the food which was not comfortable. We have to go out again to get all this items. I will never opt this hotel again.Regards,

The worst hotel I have seen. No room service. Cannot provide normal (tap) drinking water. No porter for lifting luggage. No lift. One has to carry luggage on its own upto 3rd floor

Very bad experience, After I booked, I reached there by nine o'clock.When you go there at 9 pm, you are told in the room that it is a bad program,AC and TV do not work

You book online it will show some price you will pay and when you go there .. they will ask for extra money....people at the reception think they are God......rooms were clean but the furniture...walls every other thing was dirty and behaviour was worst....when you ask why you are charging...they will say talk to customer care.

In these days, to climb second floor, lift should be their. Pl consider this suggestion P
