Don't book this hotel rooms. Worst experience. They will be charging double the amount which is shown during booking. There is no power backup also. We stayed there for 3 hours and there is no power for almost 2:30 hrs. Rooms are not at all clean. Do not go with family. Not even a single positive point to prefer this.
It was horrible experience at Hotel Sai Prabhu Inn1. Firstly they did not make any note of our booking which we have booked on 31-mar-2023 for April 6th to 8th.(no value for booking people)2. Secondly after a lot discussion they have given us the worst room in the third floor which is 302.3. When we entered in to the hotel room there were cockroaches in the room and plugs are not working.4. In bathroom, water gun is not working and no soap holder is available.5. When we asked for the other room they replied very rudely saying it was the best room in the hotel and no other rooms are available.6. Plugs are not fixed and not working in the room and they said that it is our chargers problem not their plug problem.Finally it's not hotel it's a cockroach House, that's we shift other hotel on 07th April evening.1. Cockroaches in room2. No soap try, flush gun in wash room.3. Electric wire in board4. No wifi in hotel(u need go to reception for wifi)5. No hot water(morning 6 -10 available based on first in firt out)6. Staff behaviour is very rood(Very reckless, they feel like that's the only hotel available in shirdi)7. not even respond support people8. They don't respect bookings
I would just say don't go in this hotel. It was so bad It would take literally 1 HR to describe everything. I would simply say don't go. Man my experience
Important Information to all the visitors to shirdi: If you are booking this hotel from OYO, Skyscanner, Agoda, Goibibo or any other app/website. Please make sure not to pay any advance amount. I booked this hotel from Agoda via Skyscanner's suggestion website at the lowest price. Paid in advance... No direct phone number is available online to this hotel... if you call the given number on google it gets connected to OYO Support which will not support you properly. The reception Manager will completely deny your booking if you booked this online. They don't want any online reservations... They will tell you we don't receive any bookings when you reach to the hotel.
The overall experience is "bhut ghttiyaa". Please don't book your hotels through OYO. They are making fool by showing lowest prices. I have book the 6 hotel rooms for my family through OYO and paid for it but when I reached to the hotel I had to pay double the amount that was showing on OYO. I was denied for check-in if I do not pay. The rooms were ghttiyaa, services are ghttiyaa / I swear that I will not book my hotels through OYO in future.
Very bad experience I have ever faced. First of all while checking in I was asked to pay extra amount else cancel the booking. I paid it just because of I visited with my family and last minute I didn't want to take any risk of searching another room at night . Room is not at all as it shows in photo which is opposite in actual. You will get hit water at limited time in morning. Overall it was a very bad experience.
OYO customer not providing room as per discussion on phone. Before payment they told us they will provide two AC room with geyserin bathroom. But after making payment they send details of non ac room with no geyser. So don't book ur room booking through phone online. Good think is room is walking distance to SAI Baba temple. OM SAI RAM
