OYO Hotel Gagan - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Worst Place with used rooms, every room have something not working. Services shown aren't working & it's all fake listings online. Along with that the staff doesn't even change the linens & do any dusting. I stayed there for 1 night and I had to runaway due to stinky rooms & staff does use the washroom or smoke inside guestrooms which is quite visible but they don't admit, they just tell you they'll do things in 1 hour or linen is gone for wash but it's clearly a lie cause they don't comeback. There are plenty of hotels around that area that costs less and provide some good hygienic rooms. Even 1 star is too much for the experience I had.

I want to let you know some incidence First thing when I reached at hotel at early morning I'm waiting outside half hour no one opening the door. After they opened and allot me a room, That room was really horrible. There is nothing it seems like everything damaged. I was taken some pictures. Washroom was literally dirty. No AC working, at 8 am when I was Complan than they start. LCD only show off, only hanging on wall but not functioning. Landline reciever it seems how many days no one touched that much dust on reciever. Even they didn't provide us Blanket Yrrrr Seriously it means such a waste booking ever. From afternoon I'm trying to contacting to OYO Assistant but No one responding me till now.

Room was spacious. I got reshifted here bcoz other hotel book by oyo denied check-in only because i have made the payment to oyo in advance.. Hotel staff were so unprofessional and they cheated me by extracting extra money room offered was smelly and the rate of food offered here is costlier than a 5 star restaurant and they don't allow outside eatables. And at the last they cheated me to give 5 star ratings to themselves. I request everyone don't go there. They are none but a cheaters

Good: Walking distance from railway station, Charbagh LKO. This hotel is looking good from outside only Very good behaviour of all Staff . Not up to the mark: I was stayed Room No.210 ,their AC / gyser was not working, but staff had solved the problem by immersion rod for warm water. Room/bed/bathroom were not as per OYO standard/ up to mark, And final rating is 3/5 as per my experience

horrible service, horrible rooms. -Cokckroach infestation -stains on quilt -staff with attitude issues -highly overpriced for the condition of the room -internet connection was not working and had to pester staff to get it working. -ac was there but had to ask staff to switch it on downstairs everytime. -for the same price you can stay in a much cleaner airbnb room with better service/ full ac. -if you are coming from abroad, do not stay here. The staff won't understand a word of English. It will take your whole day to get your point across to them

Worst hotel u can imagine I am describing about the experience i had faced at your worst hotel:- 1. Very rude behaviour of male staff at Ur hotel 2. They didnot want to solve Ur issue otherwise u complain it to oyo directly. .They didnot provide mentioned room facilities . 4.They blame u and only u if any problem u question about their facilities. 5. Their attitude like this will be normal here don't ask for better facility as mention on the website.

This is the worst hotel I have been into and I was tricked by oyo to be in it. I called in oyo support service and was asking for some other hotel but they suggested me that it is very good hotel and comparatively cheap. The only truth they told me was that it was CHEAP. I dont even want to rate it a single star. There were spits of pan everywhere in bathroom and even in drawer, spray jets were broken there was a horrible smell in room, the mirror in room was broken. I changed my room to a different hotel even after paying the complete amount and oyo did nothing to help me, They said now you have checked in, We cant do anything. They made me to select that purticular hotel and it was the response after that. It was pathetic and photos are misleading. Dont fall into the trap of oyo. It is completely horrible.

Good hotel to stay in Lucknow for short trip. Actually a budget one. Car parking available. Location wish very good. Interior is bit shabby. They have instant geyser in toilet so be prepared in winter.
