OYO Hotel Emerald - Hotel in Raipur - Raipur, India

Maintenance is so so rooms are non AC rooms not well maintained.

This hotel is very very worst hotel when I entered in room the reception guy sprayed mosquito spray in room and also room fresher room was dirty and bathroom oh my god it felt like someone pee there the camod wasn't clean I scolded to my partner which place uh took its soo bad he said I have seen in online it looks good I said to him these type of hotel can easily fooled us dont trust it it better to go in 3 start. Corridor was soo much dark without light how they can open that hotel stop your business your hotel seems very down in business.

Very bad experience with service.... never to recommnd any one to organise the party there.. we had a b'day party in AC hall.. but there service was very poor.. ac was not working ..didnt even tell us.. they deployed only two person who managing all the things like bringing foods and serving.. whatever the needs..guests kept waiting to serve by some one..Brought a starter after half the party was over... no one responsible person was there to manage.. I spoke to the manager by phone, he did not even talk to me properly..i called him to party hall..but he didnt come.. yaah ...of course he came right now after the party came to an end to recieve the balance payment and he didnt feel sorry for the service... Washroom was not cleaned.. water and starter drinks was served with reusable poor quality plastic glasses... overall experience was very bad.. rating must be ZERO(0000)

This hotel is fantastic. It's one of the best I've ever stayed in. I thought the Four Seasons down the street was tops until stepping into The Emerald. Very very nice. Room was quite comfy - bed sumptuous - and a glass window in the bathroom. Very cool. Amenities very nice. Room service coffee a bit thin for my preferences but good enough to drink all of it.

It was so bad hotel, as we entered in the room, there was so much smell. The water in bathroom was storing one place. It was also leakage. There was power off for some time time, but hotel didn't have power back. They put TV but without cable connection. It was bad experience in that hotel. They took money, but didn't give facilities to us.

My experience *hotel room are room are small and clean *I would be unable to say you 'sweet dreams' because of extra noisy events organized on lower hotel *service is quiet good. *food is good but not cost friendly *bathrooms are exceptionally amazing #really cost friendly on special days, if booked online on oyo # if you are breakfast lover, it's for you. Note _watch for the bedsheet the are some time nasty watch before you sleep.(in my case it was nasty) #stalf is bit lazy but coperative

Best hotel I have stayed at in Raipur. The rooms are big, clean, nice, the staff is great. The amenities of the club level and club lounge are fantastic. The breakfast and afternoon tea are awesome. Much better than what you get at other hotel lounges. I hope to always stay at The Emerald when I travel to Raipur.

My husband and I arrived in Raipur yesterday and are spending 3 nights at the Emerald while visiting our grandson who lives in an apartment nearby. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is quick to fulfill all your needs. Our room is well appointed with a large bath and separate small dressing area.
