OYO Hotel Diamond Star - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel has always been a budget-friendly hotel. The staff was nice, the rooms were good and the location was perfect. The only issue I had with the hotel was that it didn't have a power backup, which is not a big deal but could be a problem for some guests.

The room was so Suffocating and also badly stinking. I called up at reception to ask if they have another room but the person said no and disconnected the call. It was pretty rude. Since it was just an overnight stay we didn't asked for a change again but when I opened the window for some fresh air I noticed that it was just a closed passage. There was no ventilation in the bathroom too. There were lot of tiny flies too in the room.

Worst experience. The hotel staff at reception asked for extra money. When refused for the money they did not talk in manner. When i asked why they are doing this. They started abusing. I was with someone and it became so embarrasing. The receptionist was like he had never gone to school.

Worst staff. Rooms were unclean. Receptionist was very arrogant and refused to change bedsheets saying only this is available. No cloth hangers in bathroom and flush not working. Booked the room for 2 days but it wasn't clean once during our stay. Breakfast given was also of low quality.

Very bad service, I booked 2 rooms last week,through Oyo and paid total amount through online, but when i reached the hotel manager firstly said that there was no room,and then asked to me pay more money, then I complained Oyo customer care ,they won't take any responsibility,finally I paid the amount ,the manager very bad behavior,they cheated me. Take care of your money!

Pros: Stay is fine. Rooms are clean. Near to the airport. Staff name Balvinder is a hard working guy n I could see only this guy was there to carry your luggage and helping with the other problems. Cons: Food is a major issue.. every time u have to order from outside. Secondly, we booked hotel from the Oyo app, intially it showed rs1200 n change needs to be paid, but by the end of the day, it showed rs1700 and change.. I don't know why this happened..

Worst experience. Booked room for seven days through Oyo and paid 5906. When reached the hotel from airport at night 11, they are telling room not available there and shifting me to another hotel without any extra payment. He checked out me in one day charging 2200 with out my permission. Now the hotel where I'm staying is saying I have to pay the amount with out any discount. Where as the room was not worthy to pay even Rs 1000. No help from Oyo also. Tried calling the customer care and they are not able to clear the issue saying connecting to their manager and disconnected the call after 2-3 minutes. Tried to contact Oyo 4 times.

Horrible staff...Overpriced...You will find cheaper better hotels near it. No TV.. Always cable down. No wifi. Worst thing..NO WATER No lift .. Terrible service. They say breakfast is complimentary but when you check out they will bring a huge food bill.Never pay it. Even the room boy needs money..horrible...
