OYO HOTEL DHARA - Hotel in Siliguri, Junglee Mohal - Jalpaiguri, India

This hotel is fraud and cheat . It is closed 2 years ago but oyo rooms are still showing In app to book the room. I don't why when I tried reaching oyo call service they are helpless and behaving very rude on the call and they are disconnecting the call when I was facing the issue.please oyo room thanks for the greatest insult

The most worst and thrid class oyo hotel i have seen. We were unfortunately stuck in siliguri fromm lovkdown period nearly 50 days. They harress us like anythng neither gave us proper food cut off our room connection water supply everythng. The property owner Mr Majumder nd Mr Dhara are to owner very rude to us and also didnt gave us proper service. I will suggest never book this hotel ever .

Hotel dhara was entirely fraud and even oyo is fraud .When we went to hotel dhara it was closed.And we were not able to stay.The oyo also did not return our money back.I had lot of harassment.Almost all the oyo s are stopped.

I booked a room through OYO app and later upgraded the room to deluxe for which I had to pay some extra amount... so when I reached the hotel, the manager said they don't have any deluxe room in the hotel(not in a rude way). Then I made a call to OYO customer care service. I must say OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE is so unprofessional and immature. After I told them the problem the CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE LIKE " Since you used the coupon and applied for the offer, you cannot complain about such things" I was extremely shocked. There are certain information that is totally false in OYO app. So please confirm before you book a room

Budget Friendly lodge *near by junction Bus stand And Railway Station. About 2mins of walking distance.. Rooms are Clean and tidy. But washrooms are need more quality of improvements.

This 5 star rating is for very soft and welcome nature of owner at reception. He is very soft spoken and helpful. Also room are economical. Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Parking is not available.

We've been faced worst experience of our lifetime in this hotel .. Me with our family members came to shiliguri & went to unfortunate situation of lockdown... And we stayed there for this first 3lockdown period.. They've literally miss treated us, stop giving foods, not cleaning up the rooms... At the end of the days they even stop water and electricity.. I haven't seen such inhuman people in my entire life.. I doesn't recommend anyone to stay here ever in lifetime

Booked the room from Oyo for 2 days. It was a pathetic stay. Unhygienic linens, insects and spiders were there on bed, there was no water in the bathroom, we were charged for getting our luggage picked up from the staff of the hotel.
