Not a good hotel. Rooms and washrooms stink alot. Rooms are dark, only one small tubelight is there in the room. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. They tell you the hot water is available only between 7am -11am, but hot water was not available in our room during that time. So the hotel people told us to keep the tap open for a long time. What a criminal wastage of water! The room service boy was rude and was not ready to accept his mistakes. He was acting like we are lying about the hot water being not available. The hot water didn't come in our room tap and eventually they got a bucket of hot water from outside with displeasure. I would suggest the hotel manager look into this matter and should take steps towards improving the hotel. The hotel has a good central location. Cleanliness should be properly maintained. Room service should be improved. Geysers should be repaired. The door locks of both rooms as well as the washrooms should be repaired.

Very bad hotel. Worst decision if you stay here. Dirty bedsheet and pillow. No cleaning daily. No light outside room , looks like horror place. Reception person are very rude, they did not accepts his mistakes. No any inter com available to order food or call on reception.

The rooms are not neat, building is oldest one it needs to be renovate or demolition,there is no proper and clean bed sheets, service is very worst.

Never ever give preference to this property. Try to avoid as much as you can. They just overhype their property , cheap rooms without ACs, gyeser , TV and IP phones will cost you around 4000-5000. The hotel staffs just change their colour after they receive the rents. Cleaniless is poor, rooms are a bit unhygienic. Size of rooms are very small. One positive- Location of the hotel.

Good hotel for stay big space for stay ,clean room with affordable cost

The worst experience I ever had, the staffs are most uncooperative. The room and bathroom was not clean, the curtains seems like they have not clean it since ages. If u want to experience gatar view with it's scent then u must visit this hotel, you can enjoy the nights with mosquitoes. About which they don't have any solution and they don't even take care of. Important thing about food, if you order from them, they will not deliver in time, wrong food delivery, wrong bill and they will sit on your head to pay it even if u r going to stay longer. If u want enjoy your trip I recommend never ever book your room here.

Hotel has very low standard . Rooms are not at all clean . Very unhygienic. There is no maintenance. AC was not at all working and we have also not given AC remote . Fan regulator was not working . Bathroom flush was not working and is not fixed by anyone . Size of room is good , but what to do with big room with lot of dirt.

0 star hotel WORST hotel in Aurangabad. It was so so dirty and stinking all night from this huge drainage right behind the hotel and right next to room windows. Hotel itself is very unclean, pillow was smelling of urine or sweat. NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE! They have timings for hot water. Overall hotel vibe is so negative. After a horrible night of stinking smell: Manager was so rude to us when we tried explain our issues the next day. We had to checkout from this hotel 3 days earlier than what we booked. We LOST our MONEY!! We booked through booking.com, hotel manager denied any refund. Now its been almost a month, booking.com is still in talks with them trying to get us half the booking amount. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
