OYO Hotel Delhi Delight Near Sarai Rohilla Railway station - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here are not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. I booked 1 room though 'agoda' at the cost of Rs800 appx/night. Upon reaching the hotel the staff asked to pay Rs1500/ night. I was exhausted because of the long journey therefore I was helpless and needed to pay the said amount. The room was small and stinking. Bathroom accessories were not provided not even drinking water. I tried calling agoda staff to register a complaint but it was in vain.

Rooms are not good . rooms come with no attached bathroom . bedsheet are not being changed during the arrival of new guest . and the cost is too height for such room

this very bad hotel never book it and its dangerous stay there... room are too dirty staff not goodb, food not available inside hotel they provide street food at higher price, and all electric board are broken, they switch of ac at mid night, there no water in flush, bathroom Fittings leakage, no tv in the room, lilen too dirty and smell most dangerous all electric board and switch are broken and its dangerous to switch on appliances

Guy's it was really bad experience with Delhi Delight hotel. Staff is very rude. They took 1000 rupees Extra from me. Bed sheet and bed was dirty toilet was uncleaned. In Night they switched off the AC. Also. When I called OYO customer support they did not helped me they were saying we will refund my money after 14 days. It's my humble request to all of you. Don't stay in this hotel. Also. It's not recommended for couples.

Never came across such a rude manager or staff. He told us to cancel the Oyo booking only then would give us the room. The manager is constantly asking us how much the room costed on Oyo and he is not willing to check in early (which we had told earlier and confirmed with Oyo as well for extra money). If we want to checkin early we have to cancel the Oyo booking and then we will be allowed. Horrible horrible manager. Very rude behaviour. They just want money and don't want to provide service. Oyo refuses to refund us and we are left hanging here with a rude manager. Would not give 1 star also. But not able to post the review without the star.

Location is opposite to Sarai Rohilla station. Rooms are not meant for couple stay. Budget hotel. Building is 4 floor without lift. Single person can stay here.

I booked this hotel through oyo customer executive. He told me, we are here for your help. But when I went for check in, the receptionist abused oyo customer executive and demands 1000 rupees more. In compulsion, I checked in. He gives me room on 4th floor and didn't help with luggage. I get very bad experience from this hotel and this receptionist.

the reviews listed are either paid/forceful. never ever believe in oyo reviews. look into the google reviews or any alternate source. the guy in reception is thug and will lure you to give 5 stars. the guy would also charge rs 200 or something similar in the name of oyo charge. rooms are stinky, bedsheets full of filth. never ever visit with family as the hotel is filled with illegal activities (you know what i mean). i repeat never!
