We booked one room through oye for Rs 600 which had ac facility available as listed. But when we reached the hotel the receptionist told us that the room we had booked does not have ac and if we want ac facility we have to upgrade to Rs 1300 room which we bargained to Rs 1100 despite not wanting to do so. But to our utter dismay when we entered the room the room was littered with rice stains and despite 2/3 request they did not clean it up. We decided to leave the room and search for a new one. Advice everyone not to book room in this hotel as they are totally unprofessional as well as not having good intention. Do not waste your money here bahut hi ghatiya hotel hai aur staff bhi
Our experience was perfect. Earlier we were afraid if rooms are going to be good as discribed in pictures. The moment we entered the room we were sure our search for our kind of stay is over. We have booked superior room which as per Mr manager had single bed,he upgraded our room to deluxe without any charges. We found great deal. Good ambience,safe environment ,good people. Please be same in future also. Wish u all the very best !! Happy customer.
There are insects, spiders etc. looting alot. Not worth at all. Worst. Scammers. Nothing works, used linens, used towels, unhygienic. Good if you want to get any kind of infection.

Very bad experience. Reception asking for extra money to let u check in. Their partner hotel Grand Central will send u here and falsify records and evade tax. Bed sheet were torn. Food delivery from swiggy nad Zomato are not allowed. Very unclean bathroom. Exhaust not working. Fan noisy. Pathetic room. Doors don't lock. Not worth Rs 800- they charge in total.
From last two days we told hotel staff to clean rooms, but they didn't and hotel staff is more arrogant and creepy. Not a good hotel to stay. Poor room service . Ordered coffee and they provided us with tea. Its better to live on road as to stay in this hotel
Booked this hotel from OYO app at 660 INR, for classic room, but owner there asked for extra 600 INR, and when we called helpline of OYO, they were not ready to talk to them as well. So eventually we have to pay 600 extra. Talking about room, this was not properly cleaned and not water bottle or any services were provided. Also, the staff here are not well behaved and are super rude and even do not respect women and show arrogance to them as happened in front of me.
Best service, good rooms with clean washroom, one call food delivery.. Budget friendly for every one.
